The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out is 11:00 AM or earlier. We must get in there as quickly as possible to avoid delaying our next guest's check-in. This includes the parking space.
If you check out before 11:00 AM, it would be wonderful if you could let us know. Our cleaning fees are based on a courteous guest.
We kindly ask that you please leave our property in a reasonable condition.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No glass at or around the pool area - No disruptive noise or party - Must sign Rental Agreement - Must check in BEFORE 11pm local time.
No visiting OR overnight guests in the unit or on site that are not listed on your reservation without prior approval. Will not go over max capacity.
No smoking of any kind - Quiet time strictly enforced 8pm to 10am - Security deposit hold of $100 is required. 1 night stays are not allowed.

Excellent location close to shops and restaurants. The unit was clean and had everything I needed to be comfortable. I appreciated the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit. Having garage parking was a great bonus to avoid having a hot car. The neighborhood was safe and I walked a lot in the area.

We had the best time! The accommodations are exactly as listed. The check in process was way easier than expected based on previous reviews. The owners were such great communicators which made the check in process super easy. We loved our stay and the location is great for walking tk so many amazing food places, shops, etc. we loved our stay and will be back.
