The Master bedroom has a King size bed and TV for those nights you just want to stay up late watching tv from the comfort of your bed. The Master bathroom has a walk-in shower with a linen closet and solar tube skylight. Front bedroom has a Queen size bed with beautiful wicker furnishings. Back bedroom also has a Queen size bed with a desk for your convenience. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There are 2 entry points to the lanai, one of those being from the Master bedroom. There is a tv in the lanai that is linked to the tv in the Master bedroom, the lanai is comfortably furnished to sit and watch the beautiful view of the golf course or to simply just read a book.

***Village ID's are not required for renters to occupy a home, however, if you would like to enjoy any of the amenities that all renters and owners are entitled to, you will need to have a Villages Identification Card. Your Villages ID will cost $50 (which will entitle you to 2 ID's). You must check mark the appropriate box on the Vacation Rental Agreement. We will complete the application for your ID's so The Villages can process your ID's, so they will be ready upon your arrival. You will know that your ID's are ready and where to go to pick them up on day of arrival when you receive an email from us approximately a week prior to arrival.***
