Enjoy life as a Villager in this 3BR 2BA home, in The Village of Belle Aire. This villa is the perfect getaway for a short or long term stay. There is so much to do in The Villages - Golf, Pickleball, Pools, Recreation Centers, Country Clubs, Restaurants galore, shops, shows/plays/bands, and to top it all off - live music in all three squares every night from 5-9. The back yard and lanai are the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or your preferred adult beverage.
1 DOG UP TO 40 lbs. OR 2 SMALL DOGS. NO CATS PLEASE.

Golf Cart Fee is $50 at the time of booking.

The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.

Nice stay at the Villages

A very nice property in a quiet neighborhood at the Villages. The property had a putting green as a plus. A golf cart was available as well

Golfing is Fun in the Sun

Property was lovely and had everything we needed and was very comfortable & clean. Everything was in great condition, including the golf cart, putting green and BBQ, which were our favorites.
