Leisurely wander along the winding beach path to the pristine ocean sands! Located at the desirable southern end of Wrightsville Beach, close to Crystal Pier and Oceanic Restaurant, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath northern unit offers great ocean views from the spacious living/dining area.

Sit back and relax on your ocean front deck while enjoying the gentle breeze! Sunbathe on the shared rooftop deck where you can see miles of ocean and beach!

The living/dining area, separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths are on the main level. The entry, 1 bedroom, bath, and laundry are on the ground level.

For larger family gatherings reserve the south unit for a total of 7 bedrooms, contact us directly for more details!

Bedding Configuration: 1King, 4 Twins
Occupancy: 8. No Smoking. No Pets.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

$2200k Roach infested property need I say more

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great along with the upper deck. However that's pretty much it. The place has not been cleaned in a while and was roach infested. Infested being a nice way of putting it. For someone who works as hard as I who looked forward to a nice couple days away. Once again I was working full time killing roachs along with setting up a property I was supposed to be relaxing in. On the third night I had to talk the wife into not wanting to leave the site due to her OCD about the bugs crawling the ceiling and possible on her along with in our bags. That condo was clearly not ready not to mention no one took pride in making sure we got what we are paying for. On the third day I went and spoke with management fave to face and they says they'd handle it. We agreed one nights reimbursement would be the right thing instead they sent me what they wanted. As if my trip time, family and time wasn't worth that to them. This vacation was tip toeing around disaster and I was the only thing keeping it from doing so.Not impress and I'd hate my name being over a property in this condition. It's a bad reflection on the real estate company. I'll be making a few post about this property because as a consumer that price point wasn't cheap and no one should have to deal with that and the effects of it on a family vacation. I paid $2200 to fight roachs on my vacation you fill in the blanks.

The family loved the duplex! Management was super helpful and the accommodations was more than expected. The family was super sad to leave and is requesting the return in July.

Duplex Rental Experience- positive aspects and customer service issues

PositivesThe duplex boasts excellent access to the ocean, providing great views from both the living room deck and the rooftop balcony. These features significantly enhance the overall experience, making it a desirable location for those looking to enjoy coastal beauty and relaxation.Customer Service IssuesDespite the attractive aspects of the duplex, I rated my experience with a 3 due to the customer service provided by Bryant Real Estate. The booking process was handled through Vrbo, and we reserved a 4-bedroom unit. However, the contract provided by Bryant Real Estate, which required signing within 24 hours, only mentioned the “North Unit” without specifying the number of bedrooms.Upon arrival, we immediately noticed the absence of the 4th bedroom. I contacted the property management service and confirmed that the "South Unit" did have the 4 bedrooms we initially booked. Unfortunately, after explaining the situation and the communication error between Vrbo and Bryant Real Estate, the representative relayed that since we had already accessed the North Unit, they could not switch us to the available South Unit, which remained vacant during our entire stay.The representative informed me that our only option was to cancel the contract, which would result in losing our deposit and funds as we were within 12 days of the rental date. Additionally, she mentioned that the North Unit could sleep 8, referring to the fold out couch in the living room.

The house needs a ton of updates and supplies in the kitchen are pretty awful, lots there but nothing that works... like a good knife etc. We come back because we love it anyway and it has become a tradition.
