Great value

Beautiful home, just outside of town. Lots of parking and privacy. Perfect for our family trip. Excited to stay here again.

Quiet area with room for everyone.

I was up in the area for work and this place was perfect. Plenty of room to park. The house was open and roomy, and the deck was a great place to kickback in the lounge chairs and have a cold one. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Put this on your list as the first place to stay. You won't regret it.

We arrived late in the evening, and had a difficult time getting in. I contacted the owner and with in minutes were in the house exploring out weekend home. This place has got it going on, with space for everyone to pick a spot to relax. At in the evening the kids could watch a movie while the adults hung out on the massive deck to sit around and visit. Let me add that the landing is a pretty cool place to hang out too. The beds are comfortable. We really enjoyed our time there and would like to return.

Best Place EVER!

I'm sure I'll run out of space before I can describe what a wonderful experience we had staying here. We had a group of 6 (3 couples) all in the 60-something range. We usually travel together and have been renting in different areas for the last 15 years. We have experienced the good, bad, and ugly during our adventures. This property (and owner) have set a new standard for all others to be judged! I would like to say at least ONE negative thing about our trip, but I'm at a loss to think of anything. We had a wonderful time exploring the area and taking in the sights. The property was very well equipped with all the necessities to include linens, kitchen utensils and appliances. It really did feel like home, and not a rental. Very clean. Some of our favorite places that we visited: Show Low Creek hiking area, Simple Modern Quilts downtown, Petrified Forest National Park, Jim Gray's Petrified Rock Shop, Baked In (Baked goods in Pine Top) "The House" restaurant and the Red Barn Creamery next door, Cal Ranch and Sportsman's Warehouse for just about anything you could want, Western Drug in Springerville, I could go on and on. The Super Walmart in town made it easy to order food and pick it up on our way in; one good thing to come out of covid. I'm going to quit now, but just know that if you stay at this property you will not be disappointed and you'll be looking forward to your next visit. Thank you so much, Jeff

Night Sky is can't be beat

This home as we walked in with the vaulted ceilings and cozy couches gave warm a welcoming. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. But by far the best part was being outside at night on the back porch. The sky is so clear and the stars are so bright. A little wine, soft music and a lot of romance. We will be back again

Cabin in the Woods with extras

This place feels like you're out in the middle of no where without being too far. Town is just about 10 minutes away, so just close enough. The home is clean and so comfortable, my biggest complaint is that we couldn't stay any longer. The back wrap around porch is no joke. Just sitting out there quietly relaxing we saw a few deer, and rabbits. We tried the a few of the local restaurants, Wild Bill's Tavern and Charley Clark's both were had a great selection on the menu's. Charley's, let me warn you, you will have to wait, but they have a bar and a pool table. Over all the place was just what we were looking for and hope it is available the next time we come up to visit.

Wonderful place! Very quiet and peaceful. Slept like a rock with the windows open. Loved all the birds and feeders. Great outside deck and windows.

Will definitely be back! Wonderful place for a gathering. Clean and roomy with lots f parking and seating. Everything worked perfect. Host was easy to work with and quick to respond.
