Completely private, cosy and comfortable and pets welcome! With an abundance of natural light and open space, there’s easy access through your own separate entrance on ground level. There is your own north facing front deck with outdoor lounge for relaxing alfresco surrounded by an enclosure for privacy. Enter through sliding doors into main living room which is always cool with stand fan for your convenience and an instant Rinnai gas heater for the cooler months. There is a fully stocked kitchen with oven and gas cooktop, a full size fridge and a breakfast bar. A pod coffee machine, toaster and soda stream. A smart internet tv with Netflix, Stan & Prime. Comfy queen size bed in separate bedroom with luxury bed linen, towels (bathroom & beach) are supplied. Wardrobe space to hang clothes and ample storage for your belongings in chest of drawers. Good size bathroom, with bath and bathroom includes an LG washing machine. There are 2 steps up from side entrance to deck. A single step up into bathroom. 5 minute walk to restaurants, cafes, our local IGA supermarket, Bakers Delight, newsagent among other shops. Our guest suite is north facing with your own private deck which is fully enclosed. Light bright and comfortable. Guests have direct access to the space, which is the lower level of our home On right hand side of house, down pathway, then through gate, latch top right. There are two steps up to the north facing deck then through sliding doors and a step up into bathroom Space is lower part of our home and completely separate and private. We will do our best to keep noise to a minimum but you may hear us. Close to Manly dam for a stroll or mountain bike ride. Close to shops, Manly and Warringah Mall, on bus line to city centre. Come relax or explore!

Fantastic private space. Hosts extremely accommodating and checked in with me during my stay. Home clean and comfortable with everything we needed provided. I can’t fault this place. Added bonus of two beautiful dogs to welcome you home!

Communicative and friendly host, property was just what we needed for our trip. Shops and coffee was walkable too! The place has an oven and washing machine which is very convenient! Dog friendly in a closed off yard. Host does have dogs upstairs so bare that in mind if you have a reactive dog, but it didn’t really bother us at all
Property was ideally located to suit our needs. Nearby off-leash parks were appreciated by our dog. Very well-appointed property but mind your head on the bathroom door if you're a six-footer.
This property is so easy and well appointed. I have a busy schedule when in the area and know I can come and go as I need and am able to come and just rest with ease.Pup Ginger likes it too, mum is able to bring me with her and that great!
Was a lovely place, very clean and had great amenties. Owner was lovely. The place was a little hard to find as you have to go into a driveway at the front to get to the gate on the side for the entrance.
Great place to stay with a pet, you have your own closed in outside area.

My husband and I had 2 wonderful nights at this lovely home. Our host Chey was so lovely and helpful and even offered us a late checkout as it was Daylight Savings. The house is very private and quiet and we appreciated all the small extra touches such as lots of nice towels, toilet paper, soaps, moisturisers and the like. Also a coffee machine, milk and tea. The private balcony was another highlight. Would highly recommend to others.

The apartment is just lovely. Nestled in a quiet street, conveniently located to nearby shops & restaurants, the accommodation ticked all the boxes for my stay. A perfect base for visiting the Northern Beaches. Well appointed and private. Would definitely stay again. Communication with host was easy. 5 Stars!
Good overall, plenty of room. Only issues were with the step up to the bathroom & low bathroom ceiling (I’m 6ft 2/ 188 cm). Also kitchen cupboards hard to close.
