Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, JoeAnne at Blue Bay is absolute beachfront overlooking Blue Bay beach. From this generous sized townhouse guests have direct access onto the sand.

Relax on the deck chairs overlooking the beautiful Blue Bay beach and watch the kids play on the sand. All living spaces are located downstairs as is the kitchen, dining and powder room.

What better way to keep the children busy whilst dinner is being prepared than hanging in the garage turned games room with foosball and table tennis. On a beautiful day take our kayak out on the bay.

Upstairs has 4 bedrooms, 2 with ensuites and a main bathroom with spa bath. The main bedroom features a private balcony with views to both ends of the beach. All linen is provided for your stay.

The Entrance is 600m from JoeAnne and The Entrance Ocean Baths a 10 minute walk along the beach. Terrigal is 12km from Blue Bay and Sydney just one hour away!

Great beach Location

We really enjoyed our stay. Our only reservation is it being right next to a beach car park / thoroughfare/ council toilets, which can be noisy at night time and feel a little bit too close during the day. Otherwise great for a large group. Very clean and comes with everything you need. The table tennis was a bonus.

Great spot

Great spot for a weekend away for beach lovers. Close to Sydney. Great well equipped house. Kids loved the table tennis and football tables. The ability to key lock the front door from the inside as well as locking back, front and side gates and fully enclosed garden made it very autism friendly for our son.

Blue Bay Stay

Great service from the managing agent when we accidently locked ourselves out. The location of the property provided direct access to the beach however it is located adjacent to a car park where the locals gather every morning and evening for drinks and cigarette - noisy with smoke drifting through any open windows.
