The house was nice and clean. The location was very convenient. The living room television didn’t work. Owner was slow to respond and did not address the TV issue, during our stay. We watched Sunday night football in one of the bedrooms.

Beautiful remodel with clean lines and great location

We have never been to Madeira Beach before and visited for our daughters college team playing in the college Spring Games at ROC park. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and has been completely remodeled. The interior is an under stated modern design with clean lines and great appliances. The owner opened up the common spaces to create a large living/kitchen area yet still maintained the feel of separate areas such as den, kitchen and dining areas. Kitchen is well stocked. The yard is great and well kept. The neighborhood is very low traffic and is big circle with a 1/3 of a mile circumference which is great for walking dogs. The location is close to grocery shopping and is about a five minute drive to the beach. Would definitely stay again if coming back.
