Sea Breeze is a spacious, beautifully styled beach home perched in an elevated position above Elizabeth Beach, with sweeping views across Wallis Lake to the west and glimpses of the ocean to the east. Generously proportioned well beyond what you'd expect, it offers expansive indoor and outdoor living for both small and larger groups, a garage full of beach gear, and a wraparound spectacular deck that catches winter sun and the cool summer sea breeze.

Take your pick from a selection of superb beaches: Boomerang for a surf, Blueys for an early walk and cafe breakfast, Shelly for a snorkel or a swim at Elizabeth Beach which is within a couple of minutes drive, or less than 10 minutes walk. Wallis Lake boat ramp provides easy access to explore the extensive waterways and is next to the “The Recky” Club which is a great sunset viewing spot with an afternoon drink or meal just 10 minutes walk or two minutes drive (or take the courtesy bus).

The large luxurious master bedroom features a queen size double bed, an ensuite with shower, a walk-in wardrobe, and large sliding door entry to the deck with an automatic extendable sun shade. The east-facing spacious guest bedroom features a queen double bed, built-in wardrobes, a desk and chair, and ocean views. There is a similarly large queen double room, a room with 2 king size single beds, and a room with one king single. The main bathroom features a bath and a shower. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The main living area has a large gas fire as well as air-conditioning, and with extra throws and blankets to top up the winter sun, you will stay warm and cosy through the winter months.

Furthermore, with Surf Life Saving patrols during holidays and those sun-drenched summer weekends, Lizzies is the preferred spot for families to congregate, offering protected swimming, fantastic fishing around the rocky headlands and a boat launching site for those who want to explore further afield into the deep blue sea.
