Comfortable and got my steps in!

This cute little VRBO in downtown Yankton was. a great spot for us to stay. We had a family camping weekend and the non-campers stayed in this very comfortable and clean third floor apartment. Two very tall staircases so just be prepared. It was worth the climb as all the amenities were met. A quiet and clean spot to sleep and close to coffee shops and retail while being a short drive to Lewis & Clark Recreational Park.

Clean and Modern

Perfect location for attending a downtown wedding. Everything inside the unit was clean and modern. Hallways/stairway leading to the unit were a little shabby and not the cleanest. There are quite a few stairs to reach the unit, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Overall, a great stay. I’d definitely stay again for a downtown Yankton event.

Hallways were very dirty. Appeared to be a no smoking building, but many different things were being smoked in adjoining apartments which readily invaded our space. Furniture appeared clean, but smelled of urine. We suspected previous pets. There would be no complaints if it hadn’t smelled.

Loved this apartment. The stairs were challenging but it wasn't terrible.

We loved staying in this apartment. It had nearly everything needed to stay away from home. I would recommend a cutting board so people don't cut on your pretty counter tops. The television was pretty much worthless. So many channels but not much of interest to us. Also, the sound on the TV was bad. We did find a movie, but had to turn up the volume to hear it then when the ads came on, it blared. Had to watch the movie with a finger on the mute button. Oh well, not worth too much complaining about.
