I stayed in this Noe Valley apartment for two months, and it exceeded every expectation—especially as someone new to San Francisco. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and welcoming, and the apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and completely move‑in ready. It’s an ideal fit for anyone from a busy professional to a larger family. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the in‑unit washer and dryer made life easy, and the garden was a peaceful, beautifully maintained retreat. The location was perfect too—just a 10‑minute walk to Noe Valley’s main street with its gyms, shops, restaurants, and cafés. I also loved being close to Glen Canyon Park for hiking and trail running. This place absolutely deserves five stars.
Just as described and great for our last minute family Christmas trip. Host was responsive and flexible. Large home in an interesting and beautiful part of San Francisco. We are walkers and greatly enjoyed climbing Twin Peaks and exploring.
Truly a home away from home! So many conveniences that made it easy for us to stay with our one year old. Comfortable beds, super clean updated bathrooms, and lots of room. Vladi was an exceptional host!
We loved our stay and I would highly recommend this house! Our son graduated from University of San Francisco and was a great location to the university. House was super clean and very spacious. Vlad is a great host. Hope to be back again.
We were a three-generational group and enjoyed our Christmas stay in quiet Noe Valley. The house is a great size for six people, although the kitchen is very small for cooking large holiday meals (barely fits two people working). The garden is lovely and private. The beds were comfortable. The steep street the house is located on was challenging for the elderly among us. Noe Valley shops and restaurants are very close by, and the summit of Twin Peaks is only a twenty-minute climb.
What a beautiful home in a beautiful part of SF. The house was equipped with everything you could want, was very clean, lovely furnishings, lots of mod cons and a great garden which was a nice sun trap. Hosts couldn’t have been more helpful. The area is also one of the very best we have stayed in when visiting and exploring San Fran, very safe and friendly, with some great coffee shops and restaurants. Plus supermarkets within 10 mins including a big Whole Foods. We would highly recommend staying if you are looking for a big property to rent.

Overall the property was good except finding dirty objects around the house. Cleaning crew has to do a better job. Found a used condom, dirty baby bottle, cigarettes butts. Vaping tool.
We loved our stay here and would highly recommend! The apartment is clean and spacious and perfect for a family. It was well stocked with everything you need for a week-long stay (kitchen is well-equipped, plenty of bath towels, etc.). Plus, it is very kid-friendly, with a crib, high chair, stroller, etc. and plenty of toys which was a big bonus for our toddler!
Noe Valley is a lovely neighborhood - quiet, clean, and has everything you need (park, coffee shop, and some restaurants are a very close walk, and everything else just a few blocks further).
Vladi was a great host. Super responsive and helpful. We hope to stay here again!
Our multi- generational family (aged 2-68) were totally happy sharing space in this Noe Valley home. It made all the difference to stay in a home set up for toddlers-our grandson used the high chair and toys provided, the beds were comfortable, and we used the washing machine and dryer also. Our hosts were incredibly responsive with whatever questions we had, including coming over to help open a door that our toddler grandson had inadvertently locked (with all the luggage in that room). We went to the toddler playground a few blocks away everyday. Street parking was readily available. We would love to stay here again on a future trip to San Francisco.
The house was just as advertised. There were a few issues
Internet login was incorrect and I called owner and that was quickly resolved. The TV didn't turn on for 2 days and then on 3rd day worked
Not a big deal but it was very rainy while we were there and we scrapped some plans and it would have been nice to watch something. The bath stopper also did not work. I called owner and he called back after quite some time saying he had been in ER without reception. He offered to come problems solve the issues but by that time we were leaving in 24 hours so it didn't matter. The owner was always responsive to my request and I would recommend the house.
Door code didn't work. Hard to get ahold of Vladi - said water got into his phone. Finally able to get a code that worked and got in. Some parts unclean - slept in bed, used towels, trash not taken out, unflushed toilet. Two bedrooms did appear unused and clean. Called all the numbers available - no response or went to full voicemail. Sent images via text - no response. Called vrbo and they were able to reach him and he promised various remedies. Then he called us via separate line so wasn't recorded with vrbo. Did have a person April and cleaner Francisco come by promptly - but they had no idea why the lower bedroom and main area was used. Did someone have the door code and stay there unbeknownst? Or inconsistent cleaning practice? A contractor that used the home and didn't repair a broken window (inside)? Vladi was at times emotional labile on phone describing a personal matter which appeared out of place to us and disconcerting. Despite assurances they would clean again, we definitely didn't feel safe staying there with our family and didn't feel comfortable with the quality and consistency of communication. So soon after arrival were on the street corner with the children and luggage trying to find a safer place.Have contacted vrbo multiple times (phone and email) without satisfactory assistance to resolve the matter.

Great location but some work needed
We stayed for a college graduation and were the family of the graduate. Our stay lasted 4 nights. The house is a great house in a wonderful and quiet Noe Valley neighborhood. It has great bones and a magical back garden. The unit has 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom in the basement. 1 bathroom upstairs is split into two rooms (toilet room and shower room). It has a clawfoot bathtub that is beautiful but not conducive for older people. The basement bathroom is spacious with a large walk in shower. The house is decorated in the mid-century modern approach which is quaint. The kitchen is small but mighty and there are two tables for dining. The kitchen could be larger by abandoning the kitchen table and extending the counters and cabinets. The entire house lacked spit, shine and polish. This extended to every room in the house and all the household goods. The owner was very pleasant and eager for our detailed suggestions which we gave. However, we were impacted by the condition and inventory of items and the response. If the owner takes our suggestions and invests as necessary, the house would be a 5 star. For such a great amount of money we paid to rent, we expected a lot more in the rental. Also, the advertisement/listing does not make it clear that you will be charged 50 per night per person extra over 4 people. but the house is listed as sleeping 8. It sleeps 6 in beds and 2 on an air mattress (which had a hole and had to be replaced). I have future hopes for this place!
Host lives in the unit upstairs. When we arrived on Sat afternoon, it was clear the unit hadn’t been cleaned from the prior guests. There was loud music like from a party playing. We had to clean all the sheets and towels ourselves because VRBO wasn’t going to refund us if we went to stay at another property.
Loud music played all through Sat night into Sunday morning. It was still playing Sun afternoon when we got back from sightseeing. I called SF police Sun because I was afraid someone upstairs was unwell. Cop asked me if I could smell a dead body. The cops did come over, but the loud music wasn’t enough for them to forcibly go in there. My husband found the circuit breaker box and shut off the electricity for the unit upstairs, and that’s how we got the music to stop. On Mon night I received a text from host’s wife that host had had a medical emergency Fri night and that’s why the music was playing and he was not responding to our calls and messages. I have requested a partial refund for the stay because we had to clean all the linens for him and the noise made it impossible to sleep, but he is dragging his feet on it because “money is tight.” I just think this is a completely irresponsible way for a VRBO host to behave.
Thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to SF! Great neighborhood and restaurants and coffee shops. Easy to grab Ubers to sites in and around the property. No need for rental car. Court yard in the back was lovely! Toiletries and incidentals were nice touch. Vladi, the owner, was great to work with!
Great location. Worked well for all ages. Parks within easy distance for young children. Easy, available street parking. Very comfortable. Pleanty of space to 4 adults and 2 childre, and ammenities for children. Nice back yard.
The property and stay was perfect! Our host was responsive and provided everything we needed.
The neighborhood and home was beautiful and perfect for our family vacation! Our host provided everything we needed and more!

My wife and I are originally from Europe but have been calling San Francisco home for the past 10 years. We bought our home in 2014 and have spent a lot of time and energy to create a unique mid-century modern living experience in the heart of beautiful Noe Valley. Both of us love the outdoors and average about 20 camping weekends each year.
Why they chose this property
This is a very family-friendly and business traveler-friendly space, great for parties of 3-6 and can sleep up to 8. Designed for quality time with colleagues, friends or family, you have a fully stocked kitchen to cook any meal, have brunch in the garden and also have the privacy of two separate floors for larger groups. This can come especially useful when traveling with small children as the lover level is really quiet and has blackout curtains on all windows.
The backyard is absolutely magical - we have a great succulent garden we have been curating over the years and tons of space outside.
