Best Starwood experience

One of the top properties we’ve seen from Starwood. Driven by exceptional guest service from every staff. Blown away

Exactly as promised, very responsive owners

We plan to rent this space again on return trips. This was our first VRBO rental and we had a number of questions regarding the site, rooms, etc. Susan was very responsive, provided the answers, and delivered as promised. Although the "villa" gets cleaned just once during a week visit (we selected which day), the housekeeping staff was responsive with towels, soap, etc. whenever needed. The hotel staff was very pleasant and responsive, as well.
