Welcome to Washington Avenue Villas, a recently renovated and newly decorated group of four villas nestled around a large heated outdoor pool with plenty of deck space to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or sip your favorite afternoon or evening beverage. Renting all four units together makes it an eight-bedroom, four-bath vacation destination, perfect for those with a group of friends or extended family who wish to be together yet have four separate self-contained private accommodations.

The location of these charming villas is mid-way down the beautiful Estero Island, your tropical paradise that still maintains its Olde Florida charm. Beach access is just a short hop across Estero Boulevard to a 7-mile stretch of white, sugar sand beach providing a place for daytime beach activities and to view the endless variety of evening sunsets. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square with all of its restaurants, clubs, and nightlife. One of the island's largest supermarkets and the upscale Bayfront Bistro are just a short car ride away. Amenities include central air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, remote-controlled ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided and there are two on-site laundry facilities. As noted these villas have been recently renovated and newly decorated, sparing no expense on furnishings, appliances, and attention to detail. Counting eight bedrooms and four sleeper sofas, these villas can sleep from 16 to 24 guests.

Upon arrival, there is ample off-street parking. All four villas each have two bedrooms, a full bathroom, living rooms, dining areas, and fully equipped kitchens. There are flat-screen TVs galore all furnished and screened in front porches, with two of the villas having private rear patios.

This property accommodates parking for a maximum of 8 vehicles.

Our homes are not inventoried or stocked with beach gear or baby items; however, previous guests sometimes leave these behind. If you're considering renting such items, we recommend checking the property upon arrival for any available gear.
