Misleading Rental

The interior of the house had a recent remodel that was great. Nothing over the top, but new and clean. The challenge to BEWARE of all a that the yard is shared with another unit. This is a duplex, so when you open the back door, you are SHARING the yard with whoever rented next door. It’s a small space, so its strange to both be out there. Also, the neighborhood is not the nicest. It’s tucked among apartment complexes and is backing up to an alley with constant trash trucks / dumpsters. Piol does not get a ton of sun and was really cold in April. Kids went in once.

Total disarray

House was in total disarray. Beds were not made, trash was not thrown away, stove was filthy. Management made good of the situation. Moved us to a beautiful location.

Good times

Great property! Had an awesome time relaxing at the house with fellow college alumni in between golf and football game activities. Pool helped beat the Arizona heat. Close to entertainment, but not as walkable as I thought. Overall still a 5 star property with good property management.
