We had a fantastic time in this beautiful home! The house was equipped with everything a large family needs to have a comfortable visit. Just minutes from many attractions; location was perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub and mornings on the deck.

We were very impressed with the home, location, views, and communication from Evolve. We reserved for 2 nights to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday with family and friends. My son is a chef and was impressed with the kitchen ware for cooking a 5 star birthday dinner! It was truly enjoyable !!

We had a wonderful stay, at a beautiful home with a perfect location to the ski slopes. The gourmet kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, and some basic staples. The home was large enough to accommodate six adults and six children very well. This is a home that I would highly recommend and would rent again.

Well Equiped Home with Great Views

The home was perfect for our multi-family winter ski trip. What we loved: the big picturesque windows to watch the snow storms roll in. The view was always changing. The kitchen was well equipped and had nice cookware. The radiant heated floors were nice. The jacuzzi for soaking was enjoyable. There were also nice towells. The kids’ room was a bonus for our granddaughter who enjoyed the bunkbeds, stuffed animals and books to read. The home is located just a short drive from Winter Park. The roads were plowed daily, and the extra bonus was the driveway was plowed as well. There is a heated garage which came in handy for our vehicle. All comforts of home were here. We highly recommend the property. We also recommend Randi’s Irish Pub for the best food in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. Since we cook in, I always like to have a stocked kitchen with necessary cookware, etc., this home exceeded our expectations as it utensils but also had a lot of the basic salt, pepper. The house was clean and bathrooms were stocked with linens. could have used a few extra pillows on the bed and just a top sheet. The comforter was great, but needed a lighter layer. we had more than enough room for 6 adults and 6 children. We couldn't get fireplace to come on, but an electrician was sent over and he found the problem, which he resolved. A great home, close to drop off at Winter Park ski resort, and we would return!

Fantastic stay!

THE VIEWS!! This house is everything you need and more! Very spacious with rooms for all guests. We had a group of 8 adults and 1 child and was plenty of room and well spaced out. The open kitchen to the living room with tall glass windows to view Winter Park Mountain was as wonderful as you can imagine. Kitchen had everything we needed and accompanied with high end appliances for all your cooking needs. This was a wonderful home and the location is excellent! 5/5 stars!

Phenomenal House!

We hosted my board of directors retreat for my non profit at this home and it was outstanding! The views are gorgeous and the home is beautifully decorated and perfectly accommodated my team! We will for sure be back with not only my team but my husband and I plan to book again for a family getaway with our friends and our kids!

Gorgeous Home

This house was incredible. Spacious with the most amazing views. Location was excellent- very close to the Winter Park resort as well as a quick drive to downtown Winter Park. The house was so clean and had beautiful finishes. Everything in the home was very well thought out. The hosts also left helpful touches throughout the home which made our stay very comfortable. 10/10!!
