This unit is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. A major improvement over a hotel stay if you are in the area. Convenient location in Cary and the Triangle area.
My daughter and I stayed here for the Cary Ballet Conservatory’s winter intensive. This town home is close to everything anyone could possibly need, including a very short drive to the RDU airport. The home is located in an adorable tucked away neighborhood. There was plenty of space for us.
We were in town for a family function. This spot was close everything we needed and had a room for my mom and my college age daughter. In a hotel, we would have been on top of each other! The neighborhood was super quiet and I walked every morning not seeing a soul! Good visit. A bar of bathroom soup would have been nice, but everything else was amazing.

This townhome was perfect for us. We attended the D2 Baseball World Series. We stayed there a little over a week. Neighborhood was very quiet with a walking path close by. We were minutes away from everything we needed. If we are ever in the Cary area, we would try to book this place again.

Ok Place
The owner communicated efficiently. The cleanliness and amenities of the place were lower than previous homes we have rented. It's nice to have laundry. Meets the basic needs.
Our townhome was perfect for us. We attended the D2 College World Series. We stayed there a little over a week. It was minutes away from everything. The neighborhood was very quiet with a great walking path close by. If we are ever in the area again, we would try to book this place again. Any questions we had were responded by our contact almost immediately.
We were in the area for a family event and could not have been more pleased with this townhome. Lovely wooded neighborhood, well appointed two story unit with stylish kitchen, large great room, and an outdoor area. Upstairs two rooms set up as bedrooms and one as an office. Convenient to airport and to stores. Property contact was very responsive and helpful. Success!
Downtown Cary is literally 5 minutes away. We probably could have walked if we would have been in the mood. Several good restaurants, couple breweries. Food Lion is listed as close by. Skip that and go to Harris Teeter - much nicer grocery and better selections. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Everything was clean. Pretty well-stocked kitchen. We'd definitely stay here again.

Stuffy and cockroaches
Been at the townhouse for three weeks with one week to go. Can’t wait to leave. There are no screens on the windows and it is stuffy and smells. We have killed three cockroaches so far. There is a train across the street that runs AM & PM. Would not stay here again.

Hi Ryan, thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your stay hasn't met expectations, and we appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. After discussing your comments with the homeowner, they’d like to address the following:
An exterminator has been scheduled to address the pest issue, and the homeowner offered to have them come immediately, but we understand that you preferred this be handled after your departure.
New windows with screens are currently on order to improve ventilation and comfort, which should help reduce any stuffiness in the home.
We appreciate your patience and your insights, and we’re confident these updates will enhance the experience for future guests. Thank you again for taking the time to provide feedback.

Very livable place
This place was clean, comfortable, and as described/shown in the pics. I'm living nomad life, so staying in a lot of different places. This was one of the most livable - as in the kitchen and bathroom had all the things one would need if they were not just on vacation and actually wanted to live there. For example, a filtered water pitcher, an instant pot, a Ninja blender, a toaster, decent quality bath towels, etc. The beds in both bedrooms were comfortable. And I appreciated the office workspace in what could have been a third bedroom. Great location that is close to plenty of shops and downtown Cary. While distance-wise you could technically walk to downtown, I didn't see sidewalks, so it's not really safely walkable. The one thing that I didn't see mentioned in any of the other reviews is that there are train tracks across the street from this unit and trains run regularly. They didn't keep me awake, but if you're a lighter sleeper, you will hear them. I would stay here again.
