A beautiful 4000 sq ft home on 2 floors with sweeping terraces , full kitchen, all the amenities, surrounded by lush gardens. Enjoy startling sunsets over Lake Chapala. Escape the heat from Arizona, Texas or coastal Mexico for the fresh, temperate climate of Ajijic.
Located in the mountain with spectacular lake & mountain views. Tastefully furnished luxury with comfortable outdoor spaces and access to saltwater pool.
Enjoy the charm of Lake Chapala’s many quaint towns, wonderful restaurants, a thriving arts scene and the vibrant city of Guadalajara just a 45 minute car ride away. Close to GDL International airport and just a 50 minute flight to the beaches of Puerto Vallarta.
30 day minimum stay required. Monthly rate is C$2100 plus applicable taxes. Includes maid, pool, gardening services. Available for summer rental, June- September.
