FIFA - Casa Colorado - Casa Del Angel Feliz - 3-bed house & pool in Ajijic West.

Note: FIFA 2026 soccer games just 76 km away in Guadalajara June 11 to 26, 2026.

Canadian-managed. A brand-new architect-designed 3-bedroom house, well-outfitted.

Perfect for digital nomads with kid(s) or for 2-3 couples travelling together for a couple of weeks to two to three months.

Snowbirds, sunbirds, prospective retirees, and birders enjoy the area.

Pool, ample patio, propane grill. Heat and air-conditioning (please use only as needed). Black-out curtains for a good sleep, remote control gates for easy entrance. One bedroom has a desk and chair for remote work. Secure parking for four cars. A 55" smart TV. Quiet with double-glazed windows. Mesquite trees, lime trees(not yet mature), and a mango tree. A potted herb garden outside the kitchen.

Located on the Carretera, a 36-min walk from Ajijic Plaza. Or 7-min drive from Calle Colon if no traffic. Most guests will choose to have a car. 7-minute walk to three very good restaurants and to the lakeshore.

It has just been completed in October 2023.

This is a stand-alone house, is not part of any condo community.

We offer a lower rate for a minimum 3 months.

Yes! He was great! When we arrived, we followed him to the place and showed us around. He said call anytime if we need anything. The place was very clean. The pool was very clean. We enjoyed and loved everyday of our stay! And his wife was very sweet and friendly!

Beautiful home

The house was very nice. It's out aways though so you'll need a car or to get taxis. The only negative is that the pool could have been cleaner.

Yes we recommend a rental car. For upcoming guests, please know we have a pool maintainer twice per week who scoops and vacuums, the water has always been crystal clear.

Look no further….Book this place!

I can’t say one negative thing about Casa Colorado or the owners: Ramón & Zeny. They are very accommodating and wonderful communicators. Three huge bedrooms with 1 shared bath plus 2 half baths! This house is on the main Carretera, but behind a wall with little noise. The yard is wonderful for our dog and cats. The pool was relaxing and very clean. The house came equipped with a lot of pantry items that were very appreciated. I can’t say enough about Casa Colorado except book today - you won’t regret it!!
