About this property

Gorgeous, newly built cottage located on a private lot in Sauble Beach, 4-minute walk from the public beach and shopping on Main Street. The cottage is a spacious 1600 sq. ft. and includes:

4 bedrooms (the first two bedrooms each have a queen bed and a connected ensuite bathroom, the third bedroom has 2 stackable twins plus a twin over twin bunk). A forth bedroom with queen bed is located in the lower level adjacent to the entertainment area. A rollaway bed is available for an extra child under 12. Bed linens provided. The living room also has a pull-out futon and 2 of the bedrooms have desk workspaces.

Occupancy is based on 4 guestrooms (bedrooms) with a maximum of 2 persons per guestroom (bedroom).
NOTE: exception from the maximum occupancy of 2 persons per guestroom
(bedroom) will be granted for children of the renter, under the age of 12, where the
Town will permit no more than three (3) persons per guestroom (bedroom).

Looking to rent to families, weekly Saturday to Saturday with optional 3-night minimum stays in Spring, Fall and Winter. Pet Policy: Small, non-shedding dogs okay.

New in 2022, the Town of South Bruce Peninsula has introduced a mandatory short-term rental licensing program. The license obtained from the Town permits this cottage to have up to 6 adults (2 per bedroom) or up to 9 people with 2 adults per bedroom and the rest of the guests under the age of 12. The Town will permit no more than 3 persons per bedroom. Also new from the Town of South Bruce Peninsula in 2022 is a mandatory municipal accommodation (MAT) tax of 4% for short-term rentals under 30 days.

Loved our stay at Sauble Beach

We were visiting Sauble Beach for a wedding and had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, new cottage. Everything was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Sadly, the weather was horrific for us, but we still had some fun family time with their table tennis, and corn hole in the basement, or catching up on conversation by the fireplace. We definitely recommend a stay here.

great place, cottage & amenities great location place was not clean at all unfortunately (dirt & dust on floors, old toothpaste in sink, old soap in showers as e.g.s) -- laundered the bedding, wiped down and cleaned surfaces first thing

Incredible stay close to the Beach!

We had an absolutely amazing week in Sauble Beach. This is the best place we’ve ever rented there - so close to the main strip, and a very quick walk to the beach. The house is extremely comfortable, with everything you could need. Huge deck around the outside to enjoy and relax, well stocked kitchen, 2 full washrooms, washer and dryer. We loved the firepit outside as well. Can’t wait to return!!

Wonderful family cottage and great location to beach

The cottage is a perfect setting for a family get away. There were 6 of us there to celebrate New Years. The cottage was very clean, spacious, well organized, lots of windows so very bright, and the beds were comfy (having a few more blankets would’ve been nice but not a deal breaker). The host was very friendly and responsive to emails and texts. She left us a bottle of champagne which was very welcoming when we arrived. All we needed to bring were towels - everything else was there for us. We forgot a few things and the host offered to either mail it to us or we could pick it up in Oakville. This was our first time booking through VRBO and the experience was very positive. Thank you to Naomi for creating such a warm and welcoming experience for us!
