A place with a lot of style

A luxurious but elegantly simple beach house, everything about it appears considered, and the garden setting is lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Bundeena is a beautiful sea side village surrounded by oceans , beaches and The Royal National Park. The home is within minutes or short distances to many of the areas attractions.

What makes this property unique

We've designed the home to be as sustainable as possible to help reduce unnecessary energy use and waste. Solar panels generate electricity during day rain tanks for watering gardens are installed. The home has been designed by one of Australia's top architects who has designed in natural cooling to eliminate use of air conditioning or gas/electric heaters.
