Wonderful newly renovated property with a house and detached cottage to be rented together. Five bedrooms in total, Only 100m to Horderns beach.

Set in an attractive leafy native style garden. Flat property with front and backyards. Open and light living spaces. A really comfortable home away from home.

Across the road from large kids’ playgrounds, sports fields, tennis courts for hire, cricket nets, netball courts and skate park. Two minutes from the beach for swimming, kayaking, fishing and snorkeling.

Fully equipped for 12 family and friends with everything in place for a great time away: large, fully equipped cook’s kitchen that opens out onto two great entertaining decks to sit around on - it really is a perfect place to relax and have easy going get-togethers and meals with family and friends.

LOCATION
Fantastic location: 100m from Horderns beach. Three other Bundeena beaches close by.

Also close are easy going bushwalks through the National Park including the Jibbon headland walk, other coastal walks and Aboriginal rock engravings.

A service station store is a 2 minute walk away for basic staples and freshly baked bread. The village is a 7 minute stroll down the beach. In the main village there is a good sized IGA supermarket. The village also has places for good coffee and cake, lunch and options for dinners out.

Also nearby is the Bowling Club - great for a meal out.

At the end of Horderns beach is the ferry wharf with ferries to Cronulla every hour.

The property is on the flat with quiet side roads.

For those who bike there are a number of mountain biking trails (fire trails) throughout the Royal National Park.

Kayaks and stand up paddle boards can be hired at nearby Bonnievale Beach - with guided tours of Port Hacking.

Bundeena is also well known for its many art studios.

Let's start with the location, because it is utterly unbeatable. Not even a 2 minute stroll to the beach, and walking distance to some excellent cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. The house is even nicer than what is pictured, it's more spacious than I had hoped and the facilities are top notch. The hosts were great in their communication as well, very amenable with some great local knowledge. We appreciate your hospitality!

8 of us had a great weekend here. We walked a lot and had a swim and visited the art show at the RSL. The kitchen and dining area is great and having the bedrooms and extra bathroom out the back helped a lot. Loved the outdoor shower!

A great stay in a terrific home that fitted our needs

The accommodation met all our needs. Beds comfortable, linen crisp and clean.3 good bathrooms, well stocked kitchens , good outdoor furniture for relaxed evening get together. There are also two houses on the site, which suited our group. The older generation stayed on the main house and the younger generation in the equally comfortable back house. Everyone lived their stay.

Lovely Stay

We booked this for 5 friends and it was perfect for us. Plenty of space in a lovely open plan kitchen and living room area. The kitchen has every utensil and appliance imaginable which was great as we wanted to cook ourselves. Dining area was large and comfortable. Few minutes walking distance to beach and shops. Hosts provided a list of things to do. Everything was easy and made our stay very enjoyable!

The house is so cozy, perfect for our 39th college reunioun. The place is clean and have complete kitchen gadgets that we needed. Being in the middle of the national park, there is so much to do. We love the private beach. The little restaurants inside the park are perfect after a long walk. Andrew is quick to response to our questions. I highly recommend the place.

Bundeena Beautiful

This property allows you relax straight away a very easy stroll to the beach Open plan with great decks onto the yard front and back yards. The kitchen is a joy to cook in. The separate bungalow out the back was also well appointed and gave my large group extra space, My bed was very comfortable. (I had a report of the bunk bed being a bit squeaky) Thanks for the stay. Lovely group weekend away

Great stay, mothers group weekend. Lots of great walks. Dont miss walking down the coast. Loved the house and 2nd cottage. It gave all 8 of us ability to splinter off. A wonderful beach house holiday

Stayed here in the summer with friends and family. It’s a really lovely beach house – so close to the beach. It feels like walking to the pool in the backyard. The house had everything we needed to have a good time and to feel comfortable and relaxed. Really nice flow to the house, with different zones for people to use in different ways. There were 8-9 adults and two kids, and we always felt like we had enough room and space to hang and play. The outdoor hot shower was an excellent feature when you come back from the beach. Definitely recommend.

Great location

Fantastic location just metres to the beach and a short walk to town. Property was well equipped and beds were comfortable. Host was responsive and helpful. Property was tidy but slightly grimy in places and could do with a spring clean (dust under beds and cobwebs on a lamp), but overall fairly clean. Room that is described as having a double and two singles is actually a king single and two singles - the larger bed was definitely not suitable for two adults to sleep in. Overall we were quite happy.

Our family of 10 really enjoyed our time in Tui Cottages. Everything was clean and comfortable. Best of all the kitchen had all the utensils, dishes, and serving pieces needed to cook for and serve 10 people. The beds were comfortable with nice linens and the bathrooms were clean and well appointed. The location of the cottages, essentially in a national park and just a short walk from a lovely beach, just adds to the allure. Andrew and Sarah were very helpful in helping us Yanks get settled in. If we didn't have to undergo the 17 hours of flying needed for us to get to Tui Cottages we would back in a flash .

Its a fantastic family property. Back Cottage is a perfect place for the parents babies

Over all, the property was outstanding. Unfortunately though, the fridge in the main house DOES NOT WORK! the freezer does. Due to this, we suffered a loss costing around $400 of all of our Christmas seafoods, chickens, sweets etc. Apart from that, we loved and enjoyed every moment. We are looking forward to booking again. 😀
