Featuring a large bedroom, central bathroom with a generous shower, european laundry, spacious kitchen with high-quality appliances, fixtures and fittings and a spacious lounge looking out to the large park-facing balcony - perfect for relaxing with coffee!
Guest Access:
The property is in a secure apartment complex with remote/fob access only. Use the lift to reach your apartment from the car park or ground level. The apartment is within 2 minutes walking distance to Pakington Street (one of the main shopping strips in Geelong) and a short walk into the CBD and stunning waterfront. Leave you car securely parked and explore Geelong West and the CBD. The basement car park height clearance is 2.1 metres.
The Neighborhood:
Located on West Park and right on the doorstep of vibrant Pakington Street with a plethora of cafes, restaurants, and shops to explore. It's a short walk to the Geelong Train Station, and the foot bridge provides quick walking access to the bay and CBD.
