**Pet Friendly** Brewery District 1 Bdrm Hideout

Location, location, location!!! Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located get away. In town for family, shopping, work and/or fun? Come enjoy this gorgeous home and even bring your furry friend!

We ask that furry guests be pre- approved. There's a $59 pet guest fee per stay.

NO stairs to access this suite!

The space
Great location. Heart of the city. Easy access to Jasper Ave, hospitals, Rogers, schools and universities, shopping etc.
Guest access
The whole place is your home away from home.
Other things to note:
Parking is free on the street and we have a parking stall in the back. When looking at the back of the building the back door is at about the halfway point where the building juts out at a 90* angle. Our parking spot is the one right in front of the back door. Easy access! No stairs this way!!! Please pick up the building key at the front door though! $15 dollar per pet per night..

Excellent host, great downtown location everything that you may need is a 2 min walk to resterants, grocery. apartment is very well equipped with everything that a person would need. I would absolutely recommend this apartment if your coming to Edmonton.

Clean and comfortable suite, was a bit warm due to unusually high seasonal temps

Could use a little better pots and fry pan, non-stick and instructions for garbage disposal in the building. Otherwise very comfortable, safe and clean. Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback! Yes you were here for the gorgeous summer weather. I do have olive oil in the cabinet but non stick is a good idea. I put together a laminated form with garbage instructions on it as well. I will check out the pots and pans to see what shape they are in. Thanks again for staying with us. I'd love to host you again and get that 5 star we work so hard for. :)

Super location

Nice to bring your own pillow and extra facecloths and sometimes to fall asleep with Christian music playing on your own clock radio. Not a DVD player there.

This place would be an amazing place to call home. Just stunning inside👌🏽 Kate made my stay warm and welcoming from the time I booked! Totally recommend

We really enjoyed staying at this flat in what felt like a safe part of Edmonton. Had everything we needed and we'd definitely stay there again. It was clean and there was no noise from any neighbors.
