My 3 bedroom home is located in a delightfully, quaint and quiet neighborhood where the large trees line each street.

A cottage feel is what you get when first entering the home. Just enough room for a small family or a few friends who want the comforts of home. Especially a comfy couch and big TV. 1 king bed, and 2 twin rooms, all comfortable is a good feature too. Most of the beauty of Redding is not in a house though, its encountering the beauty of nature that the town has to offer. Plus all the unique coffee shops and eateries.
My 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located in a delightfully, quaint and quiet neighborhood where the large trees line each street.

Great place centrally located

Likes the four twin beds for kids. Right by the Sundial bridge and downtown and a park. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the house.

Clean, Convenient and Centrally Located

My sister, nieces and I stayed for one night and it was perfect for our needs. The location was easy to access, the house was very clean and the decor was very cute and welcoming. The neighborhood was quiet! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I think we've found our home away from home when we have events in Shasta County.

Nice place and quiet neighborhood

Overall, a nice place. It’s a quiet neighborhood. Easy access from the freeway. It is decorated very nicely inside. Unfortunately, the showers and kitchen area are not clean very well so the brand new showers already have a lot of pink in the bottom of the shower.. We had trouble accessing the property because the instructions were not clear on the access code. After contacting the property owner, it was correct easily. I will say this is the first time I have stayed in a home rather than a hotel and it was a little bit weird having tenants living in a smaller house in the backyard.

This was our first vacation home in Redding, so its very special to us. We have full time tenants in the rear unit who love to host chickens! That means fresh eggs if you like. They also serve as our property managers in our absence, and good friends. The husband is a teacher and the wife is an excellent artist with paintings that are so realistic they would amaze you.
