We had an absolutely stunning stay at this beach house! The space was modern, and very clean, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was the view overlooking the golf course—such a peaceful backdrop. It was also just a short walk to the local farmers market, which was a great bonus for picking up fresh produce and local treats.The home was thoughtfully equipped and very well-organized. The host went above and beyond, providing a detailed guidebook that clearly explained how to leave the house just as we found it. It made everything so easy and efficient, which we really appreciated.Overall, a beautiful and seamless experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and spacious getaway.

Lovely home

Overall this is a lovely home. It was clean and had a nice layout. Showers & grill worked great. Kitchen cookware was well stocked. Location was convenient, less than 5 minutes to the beach. What keeps from giving this rental a five is 2 things. Minor things like toilet paper and paper towels were very poorly stocked, and there were no replacement garbage bags. Additionally I contacted the property manager (Evolve) several times to find out if there was a crib. We were told there was a standard size crib either in the bedroom or garage, There was no crib at the facility and despite multiple attempts we could never access the garage. This was also a bit of a pain and it would have been helpful to store our beach chairs and cabana in the garage instead of carrying it up to the house.

Lovely home, but several issues

First the good things. The house was lovely & clean. Description was accurate on web site. Location good. Very much enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately there were several issues. Supplies of essential items were not present. There was no toilet paper or garbage bags other than what was on the roll or in the can. There were no diswasher pods and no laundry detergent. I did not expect to have to go buy things like this toilet paper at the store. If they are not provided, it should say so in the description of the property. The grill was minuscule, but it didn't matter since the propane tank was empty so we couldn't use it. I sent 3-4 emails, and 2 texts to the contact info given on the website, and never received any response. That is a problem.

Quiet and cozy

Very nice and well sized property. The balcony was a nice addition to enjoying the landscaping, the geese and seagulls. Overall a very relaxing and accommodating place. We intend to come again in the summer.
