Great condo

It was our first time at Navarre Beach and we loved Sea Esta! Very nice and clean condo! I did have to use a step-stool to get in the bed in the queen room because I’m short, but we found one in the kitchen closet so it worked out perfect. Chad and the others were super nice and accommodating.

Wonderful!

Check in was very smooth and communication with property manager was excellent. We had an issue with a TV and they came out quickly. Condo was clean and just as listing stated. We loved having extra beach towels in the room. The washer had a strange odor but we left the lid open and it seemed to go away. The kitchen pans could use an upgrade and maybe a few more towels for bathrooms. Over all, we would definitely stay here again! We stay at Summerwind every year because we prefer the proximity to the pier and restaurants. One elevator was not functional off and on but that is no fault to the property management of this unit.

Piece of Heaven

We stayed here October 15th - 22nd, everything was beautiful. The condo was very well maintained with many upgraded features. It was also extremely well stocked with beach amenities, everything we could ask for and much more. The views were amazing and we really look forward to staying in this exact unit for years to come. After over 25 years of visiting the entire panhandle I believe we finally found the best place to stay from here on.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay and will be back! Beautiful view and perfect location - we could walk to a great local coffee spot, restaurants, beach and pier. We all did this everyday easily and ages ranged from 17 to 80. Weather was perfect and condo had plenty of beach toys, chairs etc. Firsf time to Navarre Beach and won’t be out last

Awesome Condo

We have stayed in Navarre several times in years past and this is the best condo we’ve had. My son loves to fish at the pier and it is within walking distance. The condo has everything imaginable. There were even a couple of like new fishing rods although we didn’t need them. Our son is active military serving in Okinawa in the USAF and this was a perfect getaway to spend time with him before he heads back overseas. Will definitely be our first choice to rent the next time we visit Navarre.

Navarre Family Beach trip

Very large condo complex with good amenities. The elevators in this West building had multiple issues but otherwise, common areas were well maintained and clean. The unit itself has a wonderful view and is decorated very nicely. The table only seats 4 so is a little small for 8 adults and only 2 chairs are included in the beach service. There were plenty of towels, and the fishing rods and folding beach chairs in closet were super nice. The balcony is very nice but could use s table..

Awesome trip to Navarre

Great experience at this property. Room had all kinds of extras, beach toys, boogie boards, high chair. Room was clean and had an awesome view of the beach. One pool was heated and was always a great way to end the day with the kids. The description said the room had a stroller which we needed for our trip to the zoo. When we arrived there wasn’t one there, after contacting the property manager we had a new one dropped off the next day. Awesome service. Will definitely be back for spring break in the future!

Yep...I'd stay here again!!!

This condo worked out great for our 5 adults and 2 kids. We had plenty of room, the kitchen had everything we needed and even things that we didn't expect (there is a blender there!!!) and is in a wonderful location. If we hadn't been there during an unusual cold snap, (actually had a freeze warning while we were there) we would have walked to a few restaurants near by. There were sand toys and water toys for the kids to enjoy ( even with the colder temperatures) which made them very happy. The beds were fine...I say that because no bed compares to your own a home...but we all slept pretty well. The view from the deck is wonderful and we could see the sunrise each morning. Having a heated pool was fantastic since it was chilly. Nice to play in the gulf, shower off on the boardwalk and hit the heated pool!! I had one question while there and it was answered immediately...all communication was quick and easy.
