Beautiful, spacious, 1400sf, Oceanfront/End unit in the center tower at Summerwind. Located on the 4th floor, it's a perfect floor that offers panoramic views of the Gulf, you can watch the dolphins swimming and jumping, the sky lights up with beautiful pink and orange alpenglow at sunset, and the moonshine on the water at night is breathtaking. All of this can be enjoyed from the patio furniture on the balcony.

This unit has granite counter tops throughout (kitchen and baths), updated/upgraded furnishing and fixtures, all bedrooms have their own private bath. This condo is perfect for 2-3 couples or two small families!

You will be sleeping in style in the Master bedroom - it has it's own sliding door and access to the balcony, soothing paint colors, King bed with tempurpedic pillow top, walk in closet, flat screen smart TV, ceiling fan, double vanity in private bath, walk in shower, and large soaking tub.

The second bedroom suite has a Queen bed with views of the Santa Rosa Sound, soothing paint color, private full bath, ceiling fan and flat screen TV.

The third bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, soothing paint color, flat screen TV, dvd, ceiling fan and Jack and Jill private full bath.

If you have a chef in your group, the kitchen is well equipped, has stainless appliances, and a beautiful views of the Gulf!

The living room with windows all around and views of the Gulf has plenty of seating, 55" flat screen smart TV and blue ray disc player.

The living/kitchen/dining area are all open to each other for easy entertaining and relaxing. The living/dining room boast two sets of large windows, plus the sliding door that goes across the whole width of the living room. HBO, Starz and Encore premium movie channels are complimentary. There is a sofa, love seat and additional love seat your lounging comfort.

There are three towers at the Summerwind complex, each has their own swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor grilling/picnic area and fitness room.

$100.00 cancellation fee when cancelled outside of 60 days prior to arrival. Full forfeiture within 60 days unless dates are re-booked. Anything re-booked will be refunded.

So pretty

Navarre is a beautiful destination! It has grown and matured over the years. The beaches are unparalleled - beautiful white sand and the water is so clear! The condo is very well appointed, everything worked perfectly. We enjoyed our stay, and plan to come back!

Great Condo!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was spacious, clean, and in a great location. We enjoyed hanging out on the spacious deck with a great view of the ocean. I highly recommend!

Major Disappointment

First 2 days elevator not working had to haul everything up and down the stairs. All beds were worn out and uncomfortable. Main Bedroom bed slates off on one of the sides with make shift 2X4's holding up some of the other slats. One Lamp in Main Bedroom had a frayed cord and unusable other one was unplugged. Pulled out nightstand to plug it in the dust and dirt behind the nightstand was unbelievable! Mold in 2 of the 3 Bathrooms. One of the compartments in the refrigerator had a cracked drawer with a sharp edge. Sliding glass door to deck hung up on a screw at the top of the frame making it almost impossible to close. Were told to leave the Beach Chairs as they had paying customers wanting them. (We were told if we had $50.00 we could use them.) We have stayed at the Summerwinds Condos for more than 10 years many of the years staying 2 to 3 times per year. Never had anything close to experience...
