Everything we wished for

The idea of going to a place like this is that the environment in terms of nature, the property and the golden sunshine brings you to that special movie-like vibe.This place does exactly that.Candida was very attentive and helpful all along.The true magic is just having a glass of wine of the terrace with your friends and family as the sun sets.

So much more…

We dreamed about our wedding but could not have imagined how wonderful Candida and her family made our stay. She helped me plan a magical wedding; connecting me with all the wedding providers in the area. She was on hand whenever we wanted anything and nothing was too big or small for her to help wth. The venue is exquisite. So many beautiful spots and special intricacies that made this an authentic Italian experience. Our group of 22 international travellers had enough space to enjoy family time and alone time. I cannot recommend the villa and the experience enough - no words can describe the memories that we made at this beautiful place.

A delightful holiday villa in a beautiful situation

Il Melograno was a perfect venue for our large family party of nine adults and ten children, aged between two and fourteen. Daniel and Candida were very helpful, and their children were charming. The pool was lovely and the children had a wonderful time, but there were also lots of quiet outside spaces, where others could read, paint or catch up on emails. The terrace was ideal for large family meals with an excellent built in barbecue. We had a marvellous holiday and would certainly recommend this villa to others. Susie

Wonderful property with fantastic views

The property was just what we hoped and the spectacular views were a bonus. The owners were lovely and very helpful without being intrusive. I would happily recommend Villa Pomegranate to friends. The restaurants recommended by Daniel all had a great feel and we were made very welcome. We probably had the most enjoyable time in the small family restaurant in the nearby village. We were a party of 7 couples and the villa was perfect for a group of this size with all rooms having an ensuite which is rare. Le Marche is a very unspoilt part of Italy with national parks and lovely rural countryside and a terrific Adriatic coastline. Would love to go back sometime in the future

The review reflects the property and area perfectly, in fact nearly all our guests are remarkably surprised by the location and the standard of our accommodation. Unfortunately the photographs on our website can not capture to the full the property or the hilltop location, this is a major reason for guests being welcoming surprised on arrival and finding that's it's better than they could have envisaged. Unlike many other property rentals we offer support and advice whilst on holiday here at the villa, living near by and are here to ensure every group gets the most and enjoys a memorable holiday. Recommending restaurants, places to visits, day trips and much more with giudes and tourist information. The best stay!!!!

We had the absolute best time at Il Melograno — it was everything we dreamed of and more. From the moment we arrived, Candida made us feel so welcomed and cared for. She and her wonderful team (and family!) went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our stay and our wedding.The venue was breathtaking — the perfect setting for our small, 27-person wedding. We followed Candida’s recommendation and worked with Magie di Pasta (Davide and his team), who created the most delicious meal for our wedding and made every moment feel so special.In the days leading up to the wedding, we organized a pasta-making class right at the villa and went on local wine tastings — such a fun and memorable way to spend time with our guests before the big day.One thing to note for future guests: we definitely recommend renting cars, as the villa is tucked away in a peaceful and private area, and having a car makes it much easier to explore the surrounding region. Taxis were a bit of a struggle as it was time to check in and checkout of the villa. We’re so grateful to Candida and everyone at Il Melograno for making this experience so magical. Stunning farmhouse villa in beautiful surroundings!

We chose Il Melograno as holiday accommodation for our party of 3 families - it was more than ample for our group of 13 with plenty of space inside and out. The pool is on lovely hilltop location with great views and we were most impressed with the sun beds with individual shades! No messing about with umbrellas here. The terrace was lovely for lunches and evening meals and we enjoyed using the BBQ many times. The children enjoyed the table tennis and loved seeing the peacocks roam around and looking at wildlife and fish in the ponds. Daniel and Candy are excellent hosts, on hand to help with booking restaurants and giving advice on local attractions. We has a small problem with a broken bathroom lock, which Daniel sorted out straight away for us. We enjoyed a fabulous home cooked meal during our stay, made with delicious local ingredients - a lovely evening was had by all. The house is in a great location, close to a large supermarket and smaller amenities like a chemist, deli and small takeaway restaurant which we used a few times. The nearby town Fermo is worth a visit, with a charming evening market and lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. There is a beautiful beach at Porto San Giorgio which is only a 20 min drive away. We had a wonderful stay at Il Melograno and would definitely recommend to others booking a large group holiday. schönes altertümliches Anwesen

Wer den rustikalen Wohnstil liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Das Areal ist abgelegen, so dass es auch keinen Nachbarn stört, wenn es mal etwas lauter wird. Großzügiges Bauernhaus mit gesamt 4 Küchen. Teilweise müssen sich die Zimmer die Bäder teilen. Wir sind mit 25 Personen angereist, darunter 4 Kinder. Hier konnte man sich auch, wenn man es wollte, gut aus dem Weg gehen. Bei Fragen/Problemen war die Eigentümerin immer sofort vor Ort und bemüht eine Lösung zu finden. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein Traum

Unser Aufenthalt in einer Gruppe von 20 Personal, alles Familien mit Kindern war wirklich sehr erholsame. Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Kinder und die Erwachsenen hattten auf dem Grundstücke genug Platz um gemeinsame zu verweilen oder auch sich zurück zu ziehn. Ein toller Pool, guter Zufahrtsweg und der Strand nur 20 Minuten mit dem Auto haben den Aufenthalt abgerundet. Der Gastgeber und seine Frau waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und haben uns bei der Planung der Ausflugsziele super unterstützt. Wir können wirklich alle diese Villa empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank noch mal für die schöne Zeit bei Ihnen.

Italy’s Hidden Gem

This property is one of a kind and Daniel, the property owner, is a magnificent host. I was there with three other families (16 people in total) and because of the organized layout, we never felt crowded. The kitchen and outdoor eating space are great for meal planning, cooking and of course eating. The pool and the surrounding area are simply amazing with stunning views of the Italian countryside. They are perfect for children and adults alike. If beaches are something you like, Porto San Giorgio is only 20 minutes away with beach and restaurants fit for any style. Daniel did an amazing job of helping to plan our meals and excursions. He often suggested towns, restaurants, shops and special events to ensure we were immersed in the culture of the region. He even helped plan a special birthday party for one of the young girls in our group. In short, we are already planning our next trip back!

Wedding and vacation

We stayed at Il Melograno with our kids, parents and sisters and brothers. The house, the garden and the pool area was perfect for us. Enough space for everyone, clean house and clean poolarea. If any problems, Daniel came to help us right away. Daniel and his family is kind and helpful, and they arranged a perfect weddingday for us. Ceremony, flowers, tables, food, wine, weddingcake, everything was perfect. We had dinner at the house three nights and we recommend the local food and wine, really good. Thank you Daniel,and thanks to your family, for your kindness and service. I hope to be back some day. Sulla riunione.

Il nostro soggiorno presso l’agriturismo Melograno è stato molto piacevole, il proprietario Daniel è stato molto disponibile con noi. Le camere sono accoglienti e pulite, il fienile è molto spazioso e perfetto per grandi compagnie. Unica pecca, il fienile è riscaldato solo da una piccola stufa, quindi in inverno rimane freddo. Per il resto, tutto impeccabile!

Bezaubernde Villa in den Marken nahe dem Meer

Die Lage der Villa ist wunderschön, sie liegt ruhig und man schaut auf die sanften Hügel der Umgebung. Das Haus , ursprünglich ein typisches Bauernhaus, wurde liebevoll restauriert und die Schlafzimmer sind geschmackvoll teils mit antiken Möbeln eingerichtet. Da wir fast nur sonnige Tage hatten, genossen wir all die vielen Terrassen und kleinen Fischteiche, die sich über das riesige Grundstück verteilen. Wir mieten schon seit vielen Jahren in Europa große Häuser für unsere Familientreffen - dies ist vor allem wegen des wunderbaren, parkähnlichen Gartens und wegen der reizenden und hilfsbereiten Familie Jennings - eines der schönsten Häuser die wir kennen. Die Adria mit den Sandstränden ist in etwa 20 Minuten zu erreichen und war im Juni nicht überlaufen. Allen Familienmitgliedern hat die Villa Pommegranate so gut gefallen, dass sie gerne wieder einmal hierherkommen möchten.

Perfect wedding and family holiday

Where to start, we got married in Ponzano Di Fermo and had our reception at the villa. Everything Daniel & Candi organised was absolutely perfect, the villa is beautiful and very authentic, exactly what we wanted for our special day. Our family had an amazing time at the villa, the pool area is beautiful and the views are breathtaking. We will definitely be visiting again! Beautiful setting for our golden wedding

We had a lovely 2 week holiday at ll Melograno. We are a family of 20 with ages ranging from 2 to 72 and all of us had a fantastic time. The villa was perfect for us and the surrounding countryside very peaceful with magnificent views especially from the pool. Candi and Daniel prepared and served a delicious meal for us on our golden wedding anniversary, it was a perfect evening and one we will all remember. Thank you

Beautifully restored complex

We gathered at Ill Melograno to celebrate the wedding of our son James to Laura. It was a perfect venue set in beautiful gardens. The villa was great. The rooms upstairs were well appointed and all ensuite which was perfect. There was plenty of space downstairs for a large group to relax and mix together. There was a large kitchen with large table and chairs. Outside had two large covered areas won't enough seating for all. On arrival we were greeted by Daniel and provided with a wonderful meal. We had elected for Daniel and Candy to provide breakfast each day and they were great plenty of choice and Daniel was on hand to provide anything that was needed. Daniel was the perfect host very helpful without being obtrusive. He engaged everybody in conversation. The wedding meal was absolutely wonderful and was enjoyed by all. Daniel and Candy have done a superb job of renovating the property into a beautiful and restful place. The views were stunning and it was perfect for the wedding. The general consensus was that we all wished we were staying longer. I would wholeheartedly recommmed Ill Melograno to anybody looking for a large villa to hold an event. Amazing accommodation with stunning views

A group of 16 went for a 50th birthday celebration and Villa Pomegranate was the perfect venue. You will not be disappointed when you arrive! The house, gardens and view are all brilliant. Daniel and the family were very welcoming and helpful. We will definitely go again.

Beautiful, relaxing and a real delight!

We spent a weekend at Villa Pomegranate celebrating our wedding with our family. It was the most perfect venue! Quiet, spacious and comfortable. The property is beautiful, as are the views. There are so many lovely spots around the villa to relax, socialise or just take in the stunning scenery. The children loved it too...so much space to explore and the pool was enjoyed by all ages! Facilities were fantastic. Everything was well maintained and clean. Daniel and Candida were so helpful and friendly. We are already planning our next visit!

Amazing Place, Amazing Hosts

We spent a weekend at the Villa for my brothers wedding. The place was beautiful, clean and ad everything we needed. Daniel the host was always on hand, extremely warm and friendly and produced lovely food and wine for us. I cannot recommend this place enough

Semplicemente perfetta

La casa è veramente bellissima, dotata di tutti i confort e con tantissimi spazi dove stare tutti insieme. La posizione è stupenda, isolata ma comoda sia al mare che alle vicine città d'arte, sembra di essere in un piccolo paradiso, c'è un panorama incantevole. Per non parlare dei padroni di casa, gentilissimi e molto disponibili a tutte le ore, ci hanno accolti con una torta e coccolati con dolci e fichi, veramente persone squisite. An original og authentic accomodation

We (5 Danish families - 10 yongsters og 10 grown ups) spent the most fantastic summer holiday week at Il Melograna. The picures of the place and its surroundings don´t lie. On the opposite! We found a very special kind of place hidden away on the top of a hill with panoramic view. Obviously, Candy and Daniel have put a lot of energy in making a home for their family and a very authentic accomodation for their guests. Every little detail in the house, the garden and the pool area is thought through with great love and passion for Marche and for the landscape and culture around Il Melograna. The hosts were just "our kind of people": always nearby to help, come up with ideas as what to visit and where to eat. Twice during the week we enjoyed Candy´s excellent Italian cooking skills and Daniels good choices of local wines. If you expect functionality, you will be dissapointed. Il Melograna is renowated, furnished and equipped with a love old and original materials. Except for the bed matresses we found that very charming! Il Melograna is the perfect place if you want to experience the Italian way of life in a part of Italy not very well-known to Northern Europeans. There was plenty of room, hang-outs and "hiding places" for everyone. Beach is only 20 minutes drive away. But we never got to see that much, because everything we nedded was all at Il Melograna!

Toller Urlaub

Es war ein super Urlaub, den wir bei Cadida und Daniel verbracht haben. Das Haus wurde mit viel Liebe hergerichtet und es war wunderschön. Wir hatten mit drei Familien gebucht. Il Melograno Country Resort is a large holiday complex. It's one of a kind, hidden away yet close to amenities.

The pool is built to public level standards, with two pumps and two filters to ensure perfect water and hygiene standards. It's checked daily.
