Mooi landhuis maar verouderd. Dringend nood aan vernieuwing.

Op zich een mooi landhuis en een fijne afgelegen ligging. Toch zijn winkels en restaurants op 10 min rijden. Stranden op 20 tot 45 min. Het huis zelf is niet echt proper te noemen er hangt ook een muffe geur. Denk dat de gastvrouw en gastheer, beide in de 70 instaan voor de schoonmaak. Leek alsof wij de eerste gasten waren dit jaar en de schoonmaak dateerde van de vorige gasten. Ook alle meubels zijn oud en versleten, aan vernieuwing toe. Geen goede bedden. De ligbedjes aan het zwembad zijn oké maar de rest van de tuinmeubels hebben betere tijden gezien. Zwembad is prima maar de stenen rand komt overal los. Kort samengevat, stevige prijs voor een week in riant huis met veel potentieel maar op dit moment zijn geld niet meer waard.

De villa is heerlijk ruim en luxe maar heeft tegelijkertijd de charme van een Italiaans familiehuis.

De foto’s op de site doen de villa onrecht: het is veel mooier maar lastig te fotograferen door de bomen rondom. Het zwembad is groot en met fijn, helder zwemwater. Tijdens ons verblijf was het erg warm dus we waren blij met de airco in alle slaapkamers. Het overdekte terras buiten kun je verfrissen door “mist”: heerlijk. We hebben veel gefietst door de omgeving richting zee en door de heuvels. Prachtig. In de omgeving zijn genoeg restaurantjes om elke dag ergens anders te kunnen genieten. De eigenaren, Paola en Antonio, geven je graag advies. Ze hebben de verjaardag van mijn dochter nog weten te redden door de hele omgeving af te bellen naar een plekje voor een grote groep in een leuk restaurant terwijl wij in de file stonden vanuit Milaan. Echt geweldig!

Super vacances ! Endroit magnifique !

Belle maison, super emplacement avec un grand jardin/terrain pour les enfants ! Une belle piscine sur laquelle il faudrait faire quelque travaux d’amélioration. 3 salles de bains ! Air conditionné dans toutes les chambres. De super vacances, juste à revoir la propreté de certaines pièces. Merci

eccellente vacanza

La casa è molto bella e spaziosa, circondata da un parco enorme e da campi di girasole. Bella piscina. La posizione della casa consente una tranquillità ed un silenzio raramente oggi ritrovabili. La dislocazione delle camere garantisce una eccellente privacy. L' aspetto più gradevole a nostro avviso è l'enorme spazio all'aperto, estremamente godibile. La casa è a pochi km da spiagge estremamente belle. La Sig. Paola e il Sig. Giorgio sono stati sempre molto disponibili e gradevolmente accoglienti.

Total privacy and amazing pool

Villa is located on the end of the road, so total privacy is guaranteed. It is surrounded by many full grown trees, which is awesome in hot summer. Each bedroom also has air conditioning. Pool area is really amazing and so are many seating possibilities around the house. You can even make your own pizza in the outdoor pizza oven. However there were some small problems with pool cleaning system and electricity in the house, but everyone did their best to solve it as soon as possible, so I can fully recommend staying in this villa and enjoy your vacation.

Un angolo di paradiso

È stato uno splendido soggiorno, casa spaziosa, giardino enorme, piscina molto rilassante... posto perfetto per trascorrere qualche giorno con gli amici e festeggiare con una grigliata a bordo piscina! Non manca davvero nulla!! Bellissimo paesaggio per godersi il tramonto ogni sera e per un ottimo risveglio circondati da campi di girasoli. I proprietari sono cordiali e disponibili

We are descendants of an ancient and noble family of this area; we restored this farmhouse converting it into the perfect villa for summer holidays. We were born and raised in Rome where we currently live.

What makes this property unique

Our house was handed down from our grandfather. It was a farmhouse with a barnyard for animals with wheat silos, and a woodshed for the cold winters. Villa degli Scoiattoli is located a few steps away from the house where my mother and her brothers lived. Over the years, the simple house has been enlarged and we have planted many trees. The name "Villa degli Scoiattoli", means squirrels' house, is due to the fact that there are many squirrels in the surroundings. You will see them in the garden; they never bother and keep the place lively.
