Cute Bayside Stay

We had a great experience at the property. We came in for a lacrosse tournament and wanted more space for our family then a hotel room. The property was perfect for our weekend! We appreciated the large fridge, great bayside location near 94th street beach access. The only improvement would be to provide linens. The place was well stocked and cleaned. I would recommend this property for a comfortable family of four.

Great location

We love this location in general. Great pool, easy access to fishing. The condo bathroom had mold around the ceiling tiles and the flooring had gaps. The kitchen wasn't as stocked as another unit we had stayed in. No salt/pepper or paper plates. Usually previous guests leave easily sharable items behind. That was sad.

From the Owner: "Hi Dana, I am terribly sorry to hear about the kitchen. There were salt and pepper shakers there a couple of weeks ago, so my guess is that someone took them home with them. You are right about paper plates; they come and go. For the bathroom, I was on the property a couple of weeks ago and did not see any signs of mold. Was it in one particular area? I want to ensure my property manager addresses this promptly. Thank you!"

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed staying here, the place was quiet and clean and easy to get into. The only issue was It wasn’t obvious that linens weren’t provided and we had to bring our own until I booked the place, sheets and towels. when I asked what size bed we were told queen but when we arrived it was a king bed. We made it work but i prefer places that provide linens.

Nice quaint rental

Building Very out of date. Hot water ran out within 2 minutes of being in the shower. No knives to cut (steak knives). No tv in bedroom. Other than that it was an ok stay. Close to restaurants and food markets.
