Whitesands Villa 9 is a spacious coastal home set within the Whitesands complex, perfectly positioned directly opposite Geographe Bay in Dunsborough. Designed for larger groups, this well-appointed villa offers generous living spaces, flexible sleeping arrangements, and an unbeatable beachfront location - ideal for extended families or group getaways in the South West.



The Space:

Enjoy a spacious and relaxed coastal home designed with comfort and group living in mind. Set over two generous levels, Villa 9 offers multiple living areas, giving guests plenty of room to unwind, come together, or enjoy quiet time at their own pace.



At the heart of the home is a bright open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space, styled for easy holiday living. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ample bench space, and a dishwasher, making it perfect for shared meals, long stays, and effortless entertaining.



Villa 9 features four well-appointed bedrooms and three bathrooms, comfortably accommodating larger families and groups. The thoughtful layout balances privacy with shared spaces, creating an easy flow between rest and connection.



Bathrooms are functional, well-maintained, and conveniently positioned throughout the home to support larger group stays with ease.



Multiple living zones throughout the villa provide additional space to relax, whether it’s movie nights, quiet reading time, or simply unwinding after a day at the beach.



**Bedroom 4 (downstairs) can be configured as either two single beds or one king bed and will be set up as a king unless advised otherwise at the time of booking, or at least 72 hours prior to arrival - Late requests for bedding changes may not be able to be accommodated.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of Villa 9 with separate parking at the Villa that can easily accommodate four cars off street.



The Neighborhood:

Whitesands Villa 9 enjoys one of the most sought-after beachfront positions in Dunsborough.



Step directly across the road to the calm, white sands of Geographe Bay - perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, beach walks, and sunset drinks by the water. A scenic foreshore path also connects you easily into Dunsborough town centre, where cafés, restaurants, boutique shops, and local amenities are just minutes away.



The surrounding region offers world-class wineries, surf breaks, walking trails, and natural attractions throughout the wider Margaret River area, making this an ideal base for both relaxation and adventure.
