As you enter the property, on the ground floor you will find 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and corner jacuzzi and a separate toilet, as well as a sunken lounge room equipped with a TV and bar.

Further down the corridor is a third double bedroom with adjoining lounge, bathroom and shower - a perfect granny flat for those who want some space from the rest of the group!

Just outside is a detached family room with 110 inch screen and cinema, pool table and air hockey table.

Upstairs in the main house, is a huge kitchen with sea views, a dining area seating 12 people and a large lounge room with 3 x 3-seater couches.
