Fifty Gulfside #202 2 Bedroom Intracoastal View Indian Rocks Beach

Unit #202 provides 1,008 sq. ft., of spacious living with a nautical theme for enjoyment. Outside balcony views the intracoastal waterway in which you will see plenty of boats, dolphins and occasional manatees.
Master bedroom has a King size bed with a full bathroom, second bedroom has two full size beds, both bedrooms have flat screen 32-inch cable TV's. Kitchen has wood cabinets with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with plenty of place settings, pots, etc.., second full bathroom is off the kitchen. Living room and dining room has plenty of seating for socializing over great meals with family and friends, TV is 48-inches with cable and DVD, Wi-Fi and phone service is available for US and Canada calls.
Important Notice: Fifty Gulfside is currently still undergoing reconstruction on the ground floor due to damages sustained from Hurricanes Helene and Milton. While we are excited to welcome guests back, we want to make you aware of ongoing conditions at the property. The pool and patio have OPENED. There will be intermittent shut downs of the pool for brief periods while adjacent patios are being worked on after July 11th. The elevator has been rebuilt and is WORKING. Guests may experience construction noise Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM, and certain areas of the property may be temporarily blocked off. All guests are required to sign a liability waiver prior to occupying their unit. We truly appreciate your patience and support as we work diligently to restore Fifty Gulfside.
