Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living area. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee with a stunning beach view, or lounge by the heated pool for outdoor fun you have access to beach towels, toys and chairs. Enjoy a day on Clearwater Beach with a short 15 minute trolly ride with pickup steps from condo on 15th Ave.

Why they chose this property

We visited nearby beaches often growing up and always dreamed of owning a place on the beach. In 2020 we fell in love with Indian rocks beach and in 2025 we were able to make that dream come true. We want to share our little piece of heaven with others who also love the beach and everything this little town has to offer.
