Fifty Gulfside #210 2 Bedroom Gulf Front Indian Rocks Beach

Enjoy the spectacular Gulf Front and Intracoastal views from your private wrap around balcony in this spacious Two bedroom, Two bath corner unit. Queen bed in master bedroom and two full beds in second bedroom. Two full baths, one with a walk-in shower. Condo comes equipped with 3 flat screen TVs, and a fully equipped kitchen with a drip coffee maker.The unit has a dedicated Wi-Fi connection and has a dedicated phone for free long distance calling in U.S and Canada. Building amenities include a large fully renovated patio pool deck, two gas grills, heated pool and coin operated laundry room on each floor. No smoking. No pets.

Important Notice: Fifty Gulfside is currently still undergoing reconstruction on the ground floor due to damages sustained from Hurricanes Helene and Milton. While we are excited to welcome guests back, we want to make you aware of ongoing conditions at the property. The pool and patio have OPENED. There will be intermittent shut downs of the pool for brief periods while adjacent patios are being worked on after July 11th. The elevator has been rebuilt and is WORKING, we are only waiting for the paneling and floors to finish it off. Guests may experience construction noise Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM, and certain areas of the property may be temporarily blocked off. All guests are required to sign a liability waiver prior to occupying their unit. We truly appreciate your patience and support as we work diligently to restore Fifty Gulfside.

Perfect Location!

The condo had a magnificent view of the ocean and it was right on the beach! We were also within walking distance of several restaurants and shops! Everything was clean and the staff was awesome!

Overall experience was wonderful. The girls in the office were great and very personable and helped with anything we needed. There were many workers in the building and they were all very nice and accommodating. We hardly knew they were there during our 2 week stay. We have already booked for next year in the same room, so the things listed above were minor inconveniences that won't deter us from returning.

Although it's an older property, it was Very clean with a super staff.

Nice property & great staff

Overall a great stay. Beautiful view from 210 but that unit needs major upgrades. Toilet issue in main bedroom ran constantly. Didn't get fixed even after I reported it . Pictures on walls faded from 1970s and some even had mold growing in them. cabinets doors all crooked and falling apart in 2nd bath. Some of chairs at table/bar area had broken legs. Beds were at least comfortable and A/C worked great. I recommend staying at 50 gulfside but maybe a different unit that has been upgraded to this decade. Price was reasonable for direct waterfront but Still waiting on security deposit to be refunded after 2 weeks.
