About this property

This 3 bedroom 2 bath beachfront condo is our personal vacation home we are renting to responsible clients. Like new unit with new tile floors, paint, kitchen cabinets, counters and appliances, new bathrooms, new full-size washer and dryer, new memory foam mattresses and 65 inch Sony TV in main living space and a large master bedroom TV. Our quaint 4 unit condo complex features a pool and patio including a jacuzzi, gas grill, outdoor kitchen, TV, and bathroom, pool table and other amenities.

Rentals for our unit are weekly, from Saturday to Saturday, although exceptions may be made off-season.

Our weekly rental schedule starts and ends on Saturdays and a 7 day stay is usually required for holiday and high season weeks.

Awesome Beach Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo included everything we needed for a beach family vacation. The condo was very clean, and the views were amazing. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space and being steps away from the beach. We look forward to coming back in the future.

Our Happy Place

This is the perfect location to come with a family. The city is not super busy and being right on the beach is fantastic. Our only drawback to the stay was that there was not a lot of cooking utensils or pots/ pans, so we had to eat out more than we expected. Other than that, we had everything that we needed. The owner is great about communication.

Outstanding View of Gulf

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The property was easy to find and very comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and took full advantage of the beach chairs. Our hosts were very quick to respond to any questions that we had regarding the unit. I would definitely recommend this unit!
