About this property
Corner Unit with hot tub, views! Stargazing included.
Covid-19 Note: Our housekeeper is versed on proper sanitation methods and can be depended on to make your visit as safe as possible.
After you've explored the Canyonlands, you will need a place to rest. Feel free to relax in our unique Rim Village corner townhouse, situated across from County Land, featuring private hot tub, unobstructed views of the Moab rim from the porch and lofty living room.
Booked for the dates you want? Ask about our other 3BR Moab house near the golf course (VRBO #900906 - Red Rock Garden).
We are conveniently situated 5 minutes south of Moab’s Main Street, 10 minutes South of Arches National Park and 45 minutes from Canyonlands National park and Dead Horse State Park. You can walk to the community pool and hot tub, but feel like you're in a universe all to yourself.
With all 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms conveniently situated on the ground floor, and the great room featuring an open floor plan opening into kitchen and dining area, fireplace, high ceilings and picture windows with lovely views of the Moab rim, we hope you'll feel energized and comfortable in your home away from home.
Bedrooms (Sleeps up to 8) #1 - King bed, private bath, flat screen TV, walk-in closet #2 - King bed, flat screen TV, closet #3 - 2 bunk beds = 3 XL Twins and 1 XL double bed.
Features of our home include: • Private hot tub • Three bedrooms • 2 bathrooms • Gas Fireplace • Gas grill • Wi-fi • Shared pool (open April 1-October 31) • Private, oversized 2-car garage • Cable Television • Washer & Dryer • Dishwasher • Full kitchen with microwave and gas range • Pack-n-play available
The property adjoining Y-4 to the West, (between the house and the Rim) is free of other condos, containing just a soccer/baseball field, so views of the rim from the living room and patio are relatively unobstructed. Also, Rim Village street lights (which are all hooded) haven't quite made it to this block. Add that to naturally dry local weather and our corner situation, and you have some really great stargazing opportunities from the patio & hot tub.
About the hot tub - it's not just any spa. The brand new Hot Springs Brand was chosen for its energy efficiency, but kept for the bells and whistles - jets which feel like rollers massage your back bilaterally, rotate along those sore spots on your neck, or jet away the trigger points on your mid-back. There are even several settings for lighting. It's going all year round. Come and enjoy.
Non-smoking unit. We regret that no pets are allowed - this keeps the unit more comfortable for our guests with allergies.
Please note rates may be higher and there may be minimum stays for holidays such as Thanksgiving and local events such as 1/2 marathons and Jeep Safari.
For those with mobility impairments: While this unit is not ADA compliant, there are some features which may make it easier to navigate than some places. The entire unit is on the ground floor. In the master bathroom 3 grab bars have been installed - one on the left of the toilet, one at the entry of the shower and one in the shower.
Here are some details and measurements you may find useful: Driveway to patio: Paved, no change in elevation or unusual bumps. Front door: 35" wide, bottom lip rises to 1.25" in two steps. We had an amazing stay at this home and would absolutely come back! The views are truly stunning—morning coffee and evening sunsets were highlights of our trip. The hot tub was spotless and clearly well-maintained, which made it even more relaxing to unwind after a long day.Inside, everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The beds were especially cozy, and we all slept great every night. It really felt like a home away from home.Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with beautiful scenery and top-notch comfort!
Everything about this property was perfect. The location is convenient and we had a wonderful stay. The area is quiet and the hot tub was really a nice way to relax after hiking in Arches. We will definitely stay here again when we're in Moab.
We had a wonderful stay! Close to everything and the hot tub was just what we needed after long days of hiking in the parks. Would definitely recommend!
We really enjoyed our stay! The hosts were very considerate and made sure that we were able to check in with ease. The home was cozy and in a great location. The hosts provided thorough information to be able to enjoy all the amenities. Pool was MOST excellent in the desert heat and the hot tub was lovely at night. Beds were SO comfy and the kitchen and home were well stocked with all we needed to have a great girls weekend biking in Moab! Thank you so much for a lovely stay!
This place was a perfect sport for our spring break getaway. Its close to town and the national parks. Very comfortable home with great amenities. Niki was EXTREMELY good at communication, especially when all of Moab had a power outage. The home was exceptionally clean, great amenities, the hot tub was a very nice spot to end our days of hiking.10/10 would stay here again.
The unit is spacious and very well laid out. The kitchen had plenty of cooking pots / utensils and more than enough dishes for our group of six. Appreciated that there were also games for the kiddos.
Property was very clean and comfortable. The portable fans in the room helped move the air at night and was much appreciated. She also has a couple of coolers and ice packs which were handy. We had a great visit!
This property was the perfect rental for our family trip to Moab. The kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub was amazing with beautiful views. The beds were comfortable. We hiked Arches, Canyonlands: Island in the Sky and Needles districts. We ate at the food trucks or cooked in the well stocked kitchen. We would definitely recommend this listing!
Rarely do we arrive at a rental and are blown away by how much better the place is than the online pics, but this condo exceeded our expectations! It is so spacious, with a sprawling floor plan that separates the master suite from the “kids’ quarters!” The hostess was prompt to respond to questions or concerns (hot tub issue), and very accommodating. There are other rental options within this complex, but this particular unit is at the end of a dead end street, with a quiet (school?) baseball field behind it. The view of the rock ridge from the back patio is gorgeous, and not all units have that! Additionally, the place is impeccably clean! We would definitely stay here again, without hesitation!
The two most important things to me. Next most important is location and pool access. This unit fit the bill! 15 min to Arches; 25 min to Canyonlands. The patio is great for star-gazing. The beds were super comfortable and plenty of thick bath towels. Garage too!!
What a wonderful home to come back to after our winter hikes in Arches and Canyonlands! There was plenty of room and every thing we needed for 6 adults to cook meals and just relax in the evenings. The kitchen is well stocked and there are loads of extra pillows and blankets. We all enjoyed the fireplace and most especially the beautiful views from the large windows. We loved staying just a little outside of Moab…about a 10 minute drive and 20 minutes to Arches National Park entrance. Communication with Nikki was excellent and she was easy to get in touch with if needed. We would all recommend staying here if you are looking for a comfortable home away from home.

Much better than a hotel
Do not search for a hotel in Moab because this villa is ten times better than a hotel.
A real break, plenty of space, a quiet spot and close enough to the center.
Layout and decoration of the villa super; even bath products are provided.
All the comfort of a 4 * hotel, at least.
Excellent jacuzzi (large and clean) with a view of the surrounding mountains, barbecue that works very well.
All matched the photos but even beyond. All equipment worked very well, bedding was excellent.
We left the house with a lot of regrets and would have stayed longer.
Note: A new project of villas is under construction in front and brings some sand on the terrace. It's not annoying, but it must be taken into account for the outer table and jacuzzi. If you visit the day and go home in the late afternoon at the villa, no discomfort. This is probably only temporary.
Very good follow-up by the owner, even though she was herself on vacation.

Thanks for the great review! Just to clarify, the construction going on in the field across the way will actually be a community baseball and soccer field - there are no plans to build any more condos in that direction, so views from the patio at Y-4 should remain intact. Construction (or maybe we should call it "dirt moving"...) is supposed to be done at the end of September, 2013.

Why they chose this property
About my third day in the Canyonlands I stopped comparing it to Earth, and loved it even more. I think you will, too. I'm happy to share this awe inspiring place.
What makes this property unique
I can't wait to sit on the porch, next to an open field and grill something tasty after a sun-soaked day of rafting, hiking and climbing. Maybe before dinner I'll take a dip in the pool, or the hot tub on those desert chill nights.
