Great location

This property was perfect for our mother/daughter trip. The house is small and just right for two people, but if you have more in your group seating in common areas will be tight. The location is beautiful. We saw deer in the backyard in the mornings and evenings. It’s a short walk to the Main Street.

Cute old farmhouse-type accommodations with all the quirks that go along with it! Beautifully decorated for Christmas and the free bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Location was excellent…could walk to most everything.Only suggestions for improvement: because the front door opens right into a bedroom, curtains over the glass on the door would be appreciated!

Great place to stay. Good location. House was so cute. Beds super comfy. The only issue I had was sometimes it was tricky to lock the door. It was like the door wasn’t able to close well enough to activate the electric lock. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location to where we wanted to be. The home was so nice and comfortable. We had everything we needed and very affordable. The air conditioning felt fantastic after a long day in the sun and heat. It was nice and cool when we entered. Our group all slept very well in the spacious beds. Lovely Historic Cottage

The Cottage was comfortable but small. It had everything we needed except for sofa throws which we needed on the cold night we were there. It has a big back yard bordering a Creek. It is set on a bit of a busy street. Easy walking distance to Main St with all the restaurants and shops.

Enjoy Fredericksburg

Location and house was as advertised. Plenty to do just 2 blocks walk from downtown restaurants, bars, and shopping. Interior was clean, beds comfortable. Exterior was in the middle of being prepared for paint job. So we didn’t enjoy the outdoors. Overall, great choice if you’re visiting Fredericksburg.
