Family Getaway 2025

Great house and location. Subdivision managers very rude

The house was great and great location. The subdivision staff was very rude and gave several 25.00 tickets.

Magnificent!!

Let me start by saying the house is beautiful, the decor is so nice. It has 2 refrigerators and dishwashers and the island is huge. The house was so nice you must see it yourself the pics online don’t really show the real beauty. The beds were so comfortable the home is very spacious. We were all able to have breakfast together at the same table. We will definitely stay here again!! Very very nice!!

Wonderful Retreat

The house was just as it was described and fit our group! All that stayed enjoyed the place. We did have an issue with the bunk bed in the girls room and that room alone was warmish. But I kept in contact with mamagement and they did send someone out to rectify the situation to the best that he could. JULY Heat in Florida cannot be beat. Overall everyone had a great time!

Spring Break

Overall this property was just as listed. We spent roughly a week here for spring break and enjoy every moment. I rated this property a 4 due to one of the rooms being hot. However, I called the emergency line and they came the next day to figure out a solution. We had roughly 25 people during our stay and everyone was comfortable. The beds were a little low to our liking but manageable. The kitchen was equipped with just about everything you needed from pots, pans, glass and silverware. We loved the doubled refrigerator and dishwasher. Just wished they had two stoves as well because it took a little longer to cool meals. The pool was amazing and the kids enjoyed it. The area was quiet and well maintained. We would definitely stay again just probably at a bigger house.

So much was disappointing and frustrating

Great house loved 2 fridges and dishwashers and dining table. Kitchen had no dish towels, broken cork screw so we went out and bought one, noknife sharpener or knives sharp enough to cut, pool wasn’t heated although I had sent multiple emails prior to 5 days requesting. N O remotes for the fans, kitchen faucet was wobbling, no trash bags, no cheese slicer, not one platter,, no notice the coffee pot was drip I brought Keeurig because we Vrbo a lot and there are keurig pots..so at 9 pm I was running through Kissimmee looking for filters and coffee, no response from management that internet was not working. With the exception of internet which was a BIG problem, the rest could have been provided so easily to make a pleasant instead of aggravating stay.

This is a very large home and items are either tucked away or we can provide upon request. The internet only needed to be restarted. As a vacation home, we do not provide a knife sharpener, but we could have provided you with new ones. We are 24hrs available for you and your emergencies as well! I thought overall the house itself was nice. The leather on the back of the couch was a bit torn, part of the coffee table was warped and the corner of the rug was bent up so you had to be careful not to trip over it. This could have been taken care of for a few hundred dollars. With such a nice house, they missed the mark on those small details. We didnt have any hot water for about 36hrs. When the gas company finally came to see what the issue was, apparently they just forgot hit the switch to turn on the gas. I thought that was negligent that they didnt make sure the gas was on before we got to the property. The electricity turned off in one of the rooms. Since it was after 5pm, they couldn't do anything until the next day. It did eventually come back on itself in the morning but I think they should have someone available 24hrs for issues like electricity and hot water. The manager was very nice and he did so what he could to try and make things right but at the end of the day, it was a bit disappointing that it happened. Lastly, while going through the gate, security forgot to hit the button and the gate arm came down and hit my SUV. Fortunately it was not damage but it shouldn't have happened. They did put a lot into the decorations, the grill option worked and the kids loved the pool. We made it work at the end of the day but there was quite a few issues that could have been avoided.
