Cute and spacious house in a great location. Beautiful views and responsive property management. Beds were comfortable, and loved the backyard. Only real recommendation was for better pillows. Plenty of utensils for cooking, and appliances, plenty of plates and cups and what not. Great and quiet neighborhood. Definitely a bit warm in the summer with no AC, but fans were available to us.

Charming historic retreat

Autumn was wonderful! The home was lovely. The landscape was gorgeous! We enjoyed our stay even though we were in town for my brother’s funeral. Thanks to Autumn for all of her answers to our questions.

Reunion at Poverty Bay

We really enjoyed our stay. Location was excellent. The house and property were fantastic and spacious. Yard and gardens were so enjoyable. Beautiful trees and landscaping. Lots of room for the kids to run freely. Slept 10 very comfortably and had room to spare. It was truly perfect for our needs. A couple blocks from the Sound and beach. Lots of dining options close by. Day trips to Pike's Place and Alki Beach. And staying put, grilling Copper River Salmon and Oysters on the barbie. This house was truly superb!! Very wise choice to stay here. Our family reunion will be etched in our memories forever. If we get to do this again, it will be here.

Home Sweet Home

This home has everything you need to relax, kick back, watch a sunset, bbq on the deck, run around in the gorgeous yard, smell the roses and more. Quiet neighborhood, very close to the water, which has a great boardwalk you can go to at sunset or sunrise. We loved our stay and Autumn and Blythe were so accommodating with all our needs. And there are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for folks to stay overnight comfortably. Highly recommend staying here if you need a get away.

Loved the beach!

This is a nice place to stay, there are a few issues though. We ran out of hot water the morning of our father interment ceremony, on person had a cold shower and another did not take one. The kit hen and the bedroom that had a shower had ants, so sorry to let you know, but there are ants. The other bedroom upstairs with the queen bed had stains on the carpet. The house has lovely garden area, love the old victorian house, nice neighborhood.

Old house filled with happy memories

We needed a place to hide out while repairs were completed on our home. Staying in this historic home felt like staying with a relative. The hosts were easily some of the nicest people we have met and were willing to share their knowledge of the house as it was where they grew up. Make no mistake this is a 100-year-plus home and a bit quirky but that said it is also full of happy memories. We enjoyed staying here.

Cozy get away.

Great communication with owner especially with the boiler repair. The local host was very kind and apologetic for interrupting our stay with plumbers. This location fit our needs for a team retreat. Very clean and cozy. I thought our bed was great. Well equipped kitchen.

Amazing!

The grounds are beautiful. The grandkids ages 1-11 played in the yard and trees. It was like the secret Garden. It was close proximity to all the things we wanted to do. Communication with the owner was superb. Would stay again if the opportunity arose. Thank you.

Quaint Cape Cod by the Sound

The house was very vintage and full of fun things to look at. It was in a beautiful location with a view of Puget Sound. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views. Beautiful grounds. Couple issues. There are a lot of windows and not many coverings and what window coverings there were, were very shear. I had to buy ant traps, fly tape and fly swatters. For that reason, I would not stay again. It's very hard to use countertops covered with ants and flies everywhere.

Perfect for our family.

Very nice place and perfect for our family get together. Had everything we needed and even the perfect toys for our little ones that came to visit for a night. Located close by for all our wants and needs, and only a 5 minute drive to my grandson’s house.

Quaint, well-loved home in a beautiful location....

This home is fun, quirky, well-loved, and magical. The garden is like an old English garden - beautiful and comforting! The home has the feel of years of well-loved moments and created memories. It is minutes from anything that you may need from groceries, to fast food places, to the marine biology center with an aquarium. And it's not too far from Seattle.

Great Grandma’s House

This is a beautiful, small home in a beautiful neighborhood that felt like visiting great grandma’s house. It’s full of antiques, quaint wallpaper, toys for our little girls, and even a grand piano. We loved the location of this home and the grandkids enjoyed picking fruit from the various fruit trees in the amazing yard. The only drawback was the arrangement of bathrooms. It was a bit tight for 6 adults and 4 kids but it satisfied our needs. Lovely kitchen!

Great house and location

We were very pleased with this stay. There were 6 adults, and we used 4 of the 5 bedrooms. The house is super charming, filled with antique/old furniture and pieces. The decorating was spot on. And the icing on the cake was the yard. This house occupies and very large lot, and it is very nicely landscaped. Even though the weather was cold and overcast for most of our stay, we still appreciated the beauty of the yard. It helps that the kitchen is so airy with all those windows. And even though there is a street and a row of houses between this house and Puget Sound, the houses are down on an embankment. So, we had an unobstructed view of the water. We would definitely stay here again.
