Time for the whole crew to unwind in this beautiful 3-bedroom apartment! Located just off of MLK Jr Blvd in beautiful Covington, you're in the perfect spot for easy and quick access to everything that Covington has to offer, and it's just a few minutes away from downtown Cincinnati! Enjoy a private patio off the primary bedroom for a little time outdoors! With so many options right at your fingertips, plus a sweet space to just relax, we know you will love your time at this beautiful getaway!



The Space:

With 4 comfy beds in 3 bedrooms, this apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests! Enjoy a full kitchen stocked with all the essentials for everyday cooking, as well as 2.5 bathrooms supplied with soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. You will also find a washer and dryer on the premisses for your use.



Guest Access:

Entry is by door code. Guests have access to the entire condo. Access is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.



We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.



The Neighborhood:

Located just off Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard, walkable to plenty of bars and restaurants. The popular Mainstrasse with shops, bars, and more is only a few blocks away. The Historic Linden Grove Cemetery & Arboretum is right around the corner!



Getting Around:

Guests who are able may want to walk to the local restaurants and bars. But driving is an easy option too! Easy drive to both downtown Cincinnati and downtown Covington.

The location was great for our needs. Communication with the host was excellent. Housekeeping in preparation for us was a bit lacking which I contributed to the cleaning/management company.

The condo was spacious with a large living room, comfy couches, and a modern kitchen. It had everything we needed for our stay and 3 bathrooms allowing plenty of places for people to get ready in. Parking available behind the building was useful. You can occasionally hear noises from outside the condo and noises from the neighboring condo. It looked just like pictures. The host had good communication. It was 5-10 minutes from any restaurants or stores downtown. We would stay there again!

Perfect for Multiple Couples

Our family came from Illinois, Indiana and Virginia for the weekend. The unit had plenty of space for thethree couples. The beds were comfortable everything was very clean. Love the big dining table for meals and playing games. We would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location

This is the cutest place ever!The day core is modern and fresh! Lots of room for 3 couples. Within walking distance of a great little neighborhood bar called Wunderbar. Only 10-15 minutes away from Newport at the Levee and Cincinnati. Neatsuites-Jeremiah- is timely on responding and a wonderful host!

Northern Kentucky Trip

The house was lovely and clean. Just missing a few key items. Between three bathrooms we had one quarter of a roll of toilet paper. There were no dishwasher tabs even though we were asked to start the dishwasher before leaving. We also went to bake biscuits one morning to find no cookie sheet or baking dish of any kind.

Cute little place, sorry for the long review.

I don't normally leave a big review but I must on this one. If you book here, do not let the neighborhood deter you. The neighborhood is a little run down, but all the neighbors we met/seen were all super nice! This house was very clean, needs a little TLC, but what doesn't. I was a last minute book as the place i had booked canceled on me day before check in. The owner let me book last minute. When we arrived the fridge was not working. I contacted Jeremiah and he replied quickly. It wasn't until the next morning he could get it fix. This was July 4th, so understandable, but first thing Friday morning, he had someone there to fix it and was in constant communication with me and was always super nice! There is 1 bedroom downstairs and 2 upstairs. The entire place was really clean!! There is a nice patio outside if you are an outside person. Would I stay here again, it was a little further than what I needed, but yes, I would absolutely book here again! My only negative is, a hand rail on the front steps would be nice. This property will not disappoint you!!
