The Space:
This 969 sq ft | 90 sqm unit full of Tulum's good vibes and features unique and natural finishes will draw you in the moment you step in. You’ll enjoy the elegant common spaces and amenities like the swimming pool, intimately nestled in a tropical garden area, with a shaded deck, sun loungers, sun beds, barbecues, an outdoor wet bar, and pool house area.

This beautiful nature-inspired space features:

- a stylish living room with lots of natural light during the day, a comfy sofa and a Smart TV for relaxing moments at home. Plus it has direct access to the private patio. Just open the sliding glass doors and extend your living space to the outdoors!

- a private covered patio with an outdoor dining table and ceiling fan. It's a very relaxing spot adjacent to the complex pool. You can stay home all day enjoying your meal poolside or sip beverages over some laughs in between dips in the pool to refresh!

- a private plunge pool is all yours to cool off anytime, too! You’ll find it just outside of Bedroom 1 on your private patio.

- a fully-equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances and everything you’d need to prepare meals at home.

- a kitchen/dining table that can comfortably seat 4 for a comfy sit-down meal in peace and quiet.

- 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in the condo to accommodate 4 people as such:

BEDROOM 1: 1 king-sized bed, private ensuite bathroom & access to outdoor patio & plunge pool
BEDROOM 2: 2 single/twin-sized beds & shares the other full bathroom with the living room area.

- a washer/dryer and an iron in the unit for your convenience.

- Wi-Fi & laptop workspaces for the remote worker plus Smart TV, bed linens, beach/pool & bath towels and parking onsite are all complimentary during your stay.

We provide a few home/bath essentials like toilet paper, soap, shampoo & some bottled water, but please note that these are not replenished during your stay. If you need more, you’ll need to purchase more.

You’ll be in heaven here and may not want to leave, but if you venture out to explore, the Riviera Maya offers tons to see and do like beach & water sports, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (natural sinkholes special to this area!), private boat/yacht and fishing tours, golfing, day trips to Playa or Cancun, and so much more!

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo, your private patio & plunge pool during your stay. Plus you can enjoy the complex amenities, including the pretty outdoor swimming pool, garden, sun lounge areas, and pool bar.

The Neighborhood:
Located inside a beautiful residential community of Aldea Zamá situated perfectly half way between the beach and Tulum's town! It's the best location in Tululm! You can bike or walk the Aldea Zamá community too. There's a little commercial area with a market and some restaurants and there’s easy access to the bike path that leads to the beach road too.

- The Aldea Zamá community is surrounded by beautiful lush jungle for a mystical vibe yet with upscale modern conveniences
- Shopping is within walking distance from convenience stores to bigger grocery stores like Chedraui and of course loads of boutiques and shops in town and at the beach road
- The Tulum town shops and Aldea Zama's commercial shops are within walking distance
- Mayan ruins, ancient cenotes (freshwater sinkholes unique to this area), lagoon floats, and of course Tulum's beach, famous jungle eateries and clubs are only a few minutes away

Getting Around:
The condo is about 120 km/75 miles or about a 1 hr 40-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfers. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help! If you drive, be sure to check your mobile map apps for accurate driving times as they do vary depending on the time of day.

Please note: Tulum is an area of high growth and at times you'll hear construction noise during daytime work hours.

The pool was built with local materials, you may find the pool water may not be as clear blue due to this reason, even though it's been recently cleaned.

Our properties are meticulously cleaned and disinfected before and after each use. Our staff is trained to use protective measures recommended by the health authorities. All of our properties are also contactless, and self-check-in. The staff will not enter the properties during a guest’s stay unless it is with authorization and will do so with strict hygiene measures.

There is no daily housekeeping but if you’d like the place cleaned, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please message us at least 24 hours in advance and by 5 pm the day before the service.

Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.

Electricity & Internet outages are a reality in Tulum and completely out of our control. If our guests experience these outages, we apologize in advance, but Stella Rentals cannot be held responsible for this inconvenience.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- Pool and common area regulations must be respected. The use of speakers/music devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food or coolers are allowed in the pool. Please only use disposable or plastic glasses.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.

Interaction with Guests:
The condo is a self-check-in property. Access codes will be provided to you the day before your arrival.
