There is a fully landscaped grassed lawn and sun washed north facing garden to the rear plus a courtyard which can be accessed from three of the bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, while all other bedrooms include built-ins.

Additional features include reverse cycle air conditioning, Bose integrated sound, ample storage and a double garage with internal access.

Wonderfully quiet apart from the sound of the waves crashing on the sand, this enviable home is a short stroll to Avalon village and mere metres from Bilgola Beach.
