Beautiful view, nice weekend break for the family

The property has a stellar view over Newport beach and a great balcony to take advantage of it. It’s a very comfortable property for a large family, really clean and well appointed. The outdoor area is spacious and sunny. We had a teething problem or two but was dealt with quickly by the agent. Two things to note - one is there’s a granny flat underneath which we didn’t realise. Wasn’t an imposition but there is a large glass barrier at the back of the lounge for what I presume are internal stairs down. The other is I didn’t let the little or big kids use the top bunks - no guardrail and precarious to try to get on from the ladder with a horizontal beam just above the entry point. All in though a beautiful spot for a relaxing weekend.
