This country cottage in an unexpected surprise in the heart of Brunswick! You will be welcomed into a lovely garden that boast space and makes you think you have stepped away from the busy city into the county.
If you are coming for relaxing, to get away to explore Brunswick and Melbourne or work, you will not be disappointed with this charming space!
Located in southern Brunswick between Lygon St and Sydney Rd, with the bustling bars, cafes and restaurants including renowned Rumi and Zia Teresa a short walk away. Enjoy easy access via tram to Melbourne University, Swanston St, Flinders St station and the CBD. If horse racing is your thing, jump on a bus at the end of the road straight to the gate of Moonee Valley racecourse.
The home offers open living and 1 x queen sized bedroom. During the day the open space is filled with sunshine and give you the view of the lovely garden spaces. Feel like an outdoor shower? Why Not! This home also has a private outdoor shower!
You get the whole house to yourself to ENJOY! The unit has self check in so you`re able to arrive when ever suits you.
Please note, this house has a strict no party policy:
@ No music after 9pm
@ No more than 2 guests in the house at a time
@ Please be mindful and respect the neighbors while using the outdoor area after 10pm.
If above rules are not obeyed, it may result in loss of bond.
@ Small dogs or cats are allowed with an additional deep cleaning fee. Please discuss cleaning fee.
