This 3 bedroom/ 3.5 bath 2 story condo located in Elkhorn is very spacious and will sleep up to 6 guests. On the main level is the sunken living area with a gas fireplace and a 65-inch flat-screen TV. Off the living room is a courtyard patio with an outdoor table and six chairs, an umbrella, a gas fire pit with chairs to relax around, and a gas grill for outdoor cooking. The fully equipped kitchen is large and spacious with stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats 6. Also on this level is a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer and a half bath.
Upstairs you will find the 3 bedrooms. The master is large and spacious with a king bed, 55-inch flat-screen TV, and gas fireplace. The master bath has 2 sink vanity, a sunken jetted tub, a separate shower, and a sauna. The second bedroom has a king bed, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, and its own full-size bath with a single sink vanity and shower tub combo. The third bedroom has 2 double beds and a 36-inch flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a single sink vanity and shower only.

Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass is required for each guest using the pool, golf, or tennis (even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July through September. Tennis and golf courses are open from May through October (weather permitting).

Complex Features: Summit Condominiums are located beside the Elkhorn Plaza and within walking distance of the free shuttle. Elkhorn Resort amenities include swimming pools (summer only), hot tubs, saunas, and tennis at both the Elkhorn Village and the Harker Center. Guests also have access to the semi-private Elkhorn Golf Course designed by Robert Trent Jones.

Great place!

Great place to stay in Elkhorn. Clean, perfect size for our family, and very quiet.

Not what we booked

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Alpine Lodging did not honor the original booking I made. They said they emailed me to tell me but I never received an email. We had booked a condo w/in walking distance to Bald Mountain but when we arrived we found that we had been moved to a condo several miles away. While the condo was nice it was not what we had booked. I am disappointed that Apline Lodging never reached out via phone to let us know what was happening. We also found out from residents of the complex that short term rentals were not allowed - the residents were quite rude to our party. Can't say i would rent through Alpine Lodging again.
