Cliffside 3BR Villa | Private Pool & Pacific Views

Summary:

Three bedrooms, a private pool, and unobstructed Pacific views—all from your own cliffside terrace above Zicatela. The open-concept living and kitchen area flows directly onto a private deck overlooking the surf, rugged coastal rock, and open ocean to the horizon. Two additional shared pools in the complex. 24-hour security on site. Playa Manzanillo is a short walk. Up to 6 guests—king master suite, queen 2nd bedroom, 4 twin bunks in the 3rd.



The Space:

The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has four twin beds in bunk form.



The open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen open onto a private terrace with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean.



The entire condo is available for your exclusive use, including the private pool. The complex also offers two additional common-area pools and a shared garden for sunset viewing.



Our neighborhood, El Faro, is ideally located in Puerto Escondido. It is equally close to the quiet walking beach at Playa Bacocho and the world-class surf beach at Playa Zicatela, with shopping and restaurants in La Rinconada less than 1 km away.



It is a 10-minute walk to Playa Manzanillo, where you can enter the water easily and snorkel, and a 10-minute walk to El Adoquín, known for its shopping and night market. It’s less than a 10-minute taxi ride to downtown and the main grocery store, and about 15 minutes by taxi to the Mercado, known for its local Mexican flair and authentic food.



We are in the heart of Puerto Escondido.



It is about 5 minutes by taxi from the airport or bus station. If you enjoy the heat, it is easy to walk almost anywhere. Taxis are available one block away and typically arrive within a few minutes (or you can call our preferred driver).



Water is provided. There is 24-hour security on site.

As of October 25, 2023, Phase 2 construction continues behind the building but is now limited to interior work. Noise disruptions are rare but may still occur occasionally.

All guests are required to sign the rental agreement prior to their stay. A secure link will be sent before arrival, and completion is necessary in order to access the property.



**Please note that the main shared pool at La Escondida is currently undergoing maintenance and is expected to be unavailable until approximately mid-June. Guests will still have full access to the second shared pool during this time.
