Description of the Apartment

Located within a gated property, Prickly Pear Studio is one of three private studios alongside the main residence. The studio features a queen-sized bed, a private kitchen and bathroom, and a cozy living area—all tastefully decorated in a modern Bohemian style. The upper balcony is semi-shared with one other studio, yet you’ll have your own dedicated outdoor space to enjoy the sweeping ocean views.



Nearby Amenities

Just a 2-minute walk brings you to Chedraui, Puerto’s main supermarket. You’ll also be close to pharmacies, laundromats, cafés, and taco spots. Playa Principal and Zicatela are both within 10–15 minutes walking distance. The central location means you can explore the town on foot, or take a short ride to beaches like Carrizalillo or La Punta.

Guests have full private access to the studio, which includes a private bedroom, bathroom, and an outdoor kitchen exclusively for their use.



Guests also have shared access to the garden and swimming pool, which are shared only with the two other studios and the owners who live on-site.



Outdoor seating under shade and garden views are available for your enjoyment. You’ll have access to all basic amenities, including high-speed internet, cooking essentials, fans, and A/C.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the peaceful atmosphere of Casa Cactus. Loud music, parties, and unregistered visitors are not allowed.

No smoking allowed.



Pets are not allowed, and the studio is not suitable for children under 8 years old. Shared spaces such as the pool and garden must be used respectfully and quietly, especially after 9 p.m.



Laundry service may be available upon request for an additional fee.



All guests are required to sign the rental agreement prior to their stay. A secure link will be sent before arrival, and completion is necessary in order to access the property.
