Madeira Beach Yacht Club #231E - Please note that due to the 2024 hurricane season, there is construction at Madeira Beach Yacht Club as the ground floor units are repaired. Unit 231E is ready for guests but please remember that there will be construction on the property, per the Yacht Club's Board of Directors. The pool is open but other amenities such as the clubhouse and the hot tub are not available.

Newly updated 1 bedroom 1 bath 665 sq ft. waterfront suite at gated Madeira Beach Yacht Club. Convenient ground floor location with water views from the outdoor patio seating area. Offers one queen bed in bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in living area (best for children). All new flooring, updated full size bath, new solid surface kitchen with upgraded cabinetry. New range and refrigerator. New furnishings throughout. Free high speed internet and HD television. Please note there is no phone in this condo. Easy walk to beach.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $70, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.


Additional amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, 2 pool tables, his and hers dry saunas, shower/dressing room, and hot tub. Fully stocked kitchen with all dishes, utensils and pots and pans. The stackable washer and dryer are in the hall across from the kitchen.

By far the best deal on a one bedroom condo in Madeira Beach. Multiple fishing docks, adjacent to city park. Easy walk to supermarket, drug store, restaurants and bars. Property is just a short walk to the beautiful Gulf beaches.

This condo association requires the formality of application for approval at least 14 days prior to arrival along with $100 fee for every booking. This fee is non-refundable. Applications not completed by guest and returned to us within 4 days of booking, will result in the booking being cancelled. You will be required to complete this paperwork prior to confirmation of booking. This fee is included in your AirBnB pricing.

Approximately 2 miles north of John's Pass Village! The village is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. It's 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

In The Heart Of Madeira Beach

The property is in a gated, quiet community. Lots of closet space to unwind. We liked the fact that it was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. We would love to stay again.

Nice condo by beach and pool

This condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable for my husband and I. The location was close to pool and not very far from beach. It had everything we needed for the week. We plan to rent again. It was a nice vacation. Just went way too fast!

Perfect, fishing dock & walk to beach!!!

This condo is so cute and comfy! It was very clean, pull out couch was perfect for our 7 y/o. It had everything we needed from cooler to wagon. Walking distance to the beach and Winn Dixie! We loved fishing off the dock right out your back door, we left a fishing pole we bought for other guests and our future visits! We'll be back!

A lovely property!

Gated community convenient location to beach, shopping, park, and condo pool, etc. Large construction project underway meant lots of noise during the day. Condo unit well-appointed and spacious. Beach chairs, coolers, floats, games and books supplied - would have been good to know in advance. Suggest owners upgrade to a king sized bed.

Love this Condo

This is our second time staying at the Blue Anchor and we Loved it just as much as the first time. It is within walking distance to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The patio was enjoyed every morning and we loved the water view. The kitchen is well equipped with great pots, pans, and cutlery. Most rentals have very cheap kitchen utensils so we really appreciate the nice ones here. The pullout couch is ridiculously comfortable and I love sleeping on it. Having beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards, and coolers in the screened in porch is amazing! We hated having to head home and can not wait to go back!

The unit itself was perfect for the two of us and for the most part was very clean. A couple of issues that was the reason for a 4 star. The area rug is in need of a good shampoo or should be replaced. If the coffee table is moved it is quite obvious why I say this. Our bedding should have been inspected more closely before being put back on the bed. It was obvious that the comforter was not washed before being put back on our bed from the previous renters. And no bedding should have any stains, old or new. I will say that it was rectified quickly, once we contacted Sunhost personnel. But it didn't leave a great impression of the cleaning process.The facilities (pool, hottub, workout area) are excellent and well maintained! Love that the beautiful park is across the street, and the grocery store is within walking distance.As I said, overall it was a great unit and we would definetly return.

Reviewer Comments: This unit was suitable for our needs, in regards to location, very close to the pharmacy, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Units in this complex have access to a pool and other amenities. However, these units, need to be upgraded for the price point. The main items, i.e. bed, appliances, cable are fine, furniture, dishes show their age. Had a plumbing problem, that was fixed immediately. Its tired and it shows it. Cleaning could be better. Deep cleaning.
