Positioned directly across from Rennies Beach, this 2 storey holiday home is the perfect fit for beach lovers. With the sound of the ocean surrounding this home, all your worries will be washed away.
Located at the end of the col-de-sac is a nature reserve walk that will lead you directly to the beach. After spending your day in the hot sun you can drive 5 minutes to Ulladulla CBD to enjoy the many eateries on offer.
Drive another 2 minutes and you will reach the town of Mollymook which is well known for its pristine waters and beautiful restaurants ( Rick Steins Restaurant, Bannisters Pavillion, Gwylo )
The lounge room provides not only comfort but also clear views of the beach. Here you can enjoy the sea breeze flowing through the slider doors that lead to the front balcony.
If the beach cant keep you entertained all day, the down stairs entertaining area definitely will! It provides a bar area with a mini fridge, pool table, 2 lounging areas, a TV and a fire place.
If you are looking for spacious, peaceful and conveniently positioned holiday house, this is the one for you!
